Description

The present invention relates to a device for pivoting a watch movement shaft, comprising a bearing and a counter-pivot.
This device is characterized in that this bearing and this counter-pivot are both driven into a sleeve itself driven into a support formed by a ferrule engaged without play, but freely, in a housing of an element of the frame movement, housing in which this ferrule is held in place by a removable flange, all in such a way that said ferrule, with all the members that it carries, can be dismantled and replaced without the need to perform no removal or adjustment of position in height of any organ.
It should be noted that bearings or devices for pivoting watch movement shafts are known in which a bearing and a counter-pivot are mounted in a kitten itself engaged freely in a housing of a movement bridge. A spring holds the kitten in place. Damper bearings are also known in which the bearing and a counter-pivot are mounted in a sleeve-shaped kitten having an external conical shoulder held in abutment by a spring against a corresponding conical surface of the bearing body. This spring can be retained in the bearing body by means of a heel and a radially split shank which makes it possible to bring its two parts closer to one another during the extraction of the spring.
A recess in the bearing body allows the passage of the two ends of this tail of the spring.
Bearings are also known, but fixed, for timepieces, in which the counter-pivot is held in place by a spring having the general shape of a U and which hooks into a groove in the bearing support. in which it is maintained by its own elasticity. For this purpose, the spring has a projection in its middle part and its two branches have their ends facing outwards.
It should be noted that all of these constructions do not lead to this device which can be dismantled and reassembled without requiring any removal, and in which the axial frolics are found after reassembly without it being necessary to take special measures to this effect.
The drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the subject of the invention.
Fig. I is a plan view of part of a timepiece, and
fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of FIG. I.
The frame of the timepiece shown comprises a bridge I supporting one of the bearings, generally designated by 2, of a shaft 3. This bearing comprises a combined kitten constituted by a pierced stone 4, a stone counter-pivot 5 and a mount 6 common to these two stones. This combined kitten is driven into a support formed by a ferrule 7 engaged without play, but freely, that is to say in a removable manner, in an opening of the bridge I.
This ferrule has an outer shoulder 7a held in abutment against the bottom of a recess 8 of the bridge 1 by a flange 9 which keeps it in place. This flange 9, generally U-shaped, is removably attached to the bridge 1. Its middle part 9a has, for this purpose, an ear 9b engaged in an annular groove 10 formed in the side wall of the recess 8. The two ends 9c of the branches of the flange 9 are also housed in the groove 10 in which they engage by an entry II which has the bridge I. During the installation and removal of the flange 9, it suffices to 'exert on it, using tweezers for example, a force tending to bring the ends 9c of these branches closer to one another to bring the latter successively opposite the inlet 11.
Thanks to this arrangement, the bearing 2 can be dismantled, at the same time as its support 7, without it being necessary to carry out any releasing or any replacement, and without its height position having to be determined again. . In addition, the clearance at height can be easily corrected; for this, it suffices to remove the flange 9 and take out the support 7, then to move the combined kitten 4, 5, 6 inside the support 7.
