Le brevet principal se rapporte à un dispositif de fixation d'un mouvement de montre dans sa boîte, comprenant un cadran muni d'au moins une languette de positionnement et maintenu par son pourtour extérieur dans un cran du cadre d'encageage, ce cadre d'encageage étant en un matériau déformable élastiquement, entourant étroitement le mouvement sur ses parois latérale et inférieure et étant muni d'un rebord destiné à servir de joint d'étanchéité entre la carrure et le fond de la boîte.
Le but de la présente invention est d'obtenir une meilleure étanchéité entre la carrure et le fond.
Le dispositif de fixation selon la revendication du brevet principal, faisant l'objet de l'invention, est caractérisé par le fait que ledit rebord présente au moins un bourrelet destiné à être déformé lors de la fermeture de la boîte par la pression exercée par ledit fond.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du dispositif selon l'invention et de quatre variantes:

Le dispositif de fixation représenté en fig. 1 comprend un cadre d'encageage 1 en matériau déformable élastiquement et dans lequel est maintenu un cadran 2.
Ce cadre d'encageage 1 entoure étroitement le mouvement 3 de la montre. I1 est muni d'un rebord 4 destiné à servir de joint d'étanchéité entre la carrure 5 et le fond 6 de la boîte. Dans le but de parfaire l'étanchéité, on munit le rebord 4 d'au moins un bourelet 7, le bourrelet étant légèrement déformé lors du serrage du fond dans la carrure.
Ce bourrelet 7 peut avoir une section triangulaire comme représenté à la fig. 1 et dans la variante représentée en fig. 4, soit avoir une section semi-circulaire comme représentée en fig. 3 et 5.
Dans la variante représentée en fig. 2, le rebord est muni de deux bourrelets 7 de section semi-circulaire; dans une autre variante non représentée, ces bourrelets pourraient avoir une section triangulaire.
Dans la variante représentée en fig. 5, le cadre d'encageage 1 est pourvu d'un faux fond 8 monté à cran dans le cadre 1 qui porte le rebord 4 muni du bourrelet 7.
Pour augmenter la pression sur le rebord 4 et pour améliorer l'étanchéité, on peut, comme représenté aux variantes des fig. 1, 3, 4, prévoir sur le bord du fond 6, venant en contact avec le rebord 4, une saillie annulaire 9 qui pénètre légèrement dans le rebord 4 lors du serrage du fond.
REVENDICATION
Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication du brevet principal, caractérisé par le fait que ledit rebord présente au moins un bourrelet destiné à être déformé lors de la fermeture de la boîte par la pression exercée par ledit fond.

The main patent relates to a device for fixing a watch movement in its case, comprising a dial provided with at least one positioning tab and held by its outer periphery in a notch of the casing frame, this frame d 'casing being made of an elastically deformable material, closely surrounding the movement on its side and bottom walls and being provided with a rim intended to serve as a seal between the middle part and the bottom of the case.
The aim of the present invention is to obtain a better seal between the middle part and the back.
The fixing device according to the claim of the main patent, which is the subject of the invention, is characterized in that the said rim has at least one bead intended to be deformed during the closing of the box by the pressure exerted by said background.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the device according to the invention and of four variants:

The fixing device shown in FIG. 1 comprises a casing frame 1 made of an elastically deformable material and in which a dial 2 is held.
This casing frame 1 closely surrounds the movement 3 of the watch. It is provided with a rim 4 intended to serve as a seal between the middle part 5 and the bottom 6 of the case. In order to improve the seal, the rim 4 is provided with at least one bead 7, the bead being slightly deformed when the bottom is clamped in the middle part.
This bead 7 may have a triangular section as shown in FIG. 1 and in the variant shown in FIG. 4, or have a semi-circular section as shown in FIG. 3 and 5.
In the variant shown in FIG. 2, the rim is provided with two beads 7 of semi-circular section; in another variant not shown, these beads could have a triangular section.
In the variant shown in FIG. 5, the casing frame 1 is provided with a false bottom 8 mounted in a notch in the frame 1 which carries the flange 4 provided with the bead 7.
To increase the pressure on the rim 4 and to improve the seal, it is possible, as shown in the variants of FIGS. 1, 3, 4, provide on the edge of the bottom 6, coming into contact with the rim 4, an annular projection 9 which slightly penetrates into the rim 4 when the bottom is tightened.
CLAIM
Fixing device according to the claim of the main patent, characterized in that the said rim has at least one bead intended to be deformed when the box is closed by the pressure exerted by the said bottom.
