In Formel (I) bedeuten

Process for the preparation of compounds of the heterocyclic series It has been found that compounds of the formula
EMI1.1
Excellent as disperse dyes for dyeing, padding or printing fibers or fiber material made of fully or semi-synthetic hydrophobic, high molecular weight organic substances. In formula (I) mean
R1 and R2, independently of one another, see an atliphati- see radical, it being possible for the radicals mentioned to carry further substituents which do not render water soluble.
The aliphatic radicals on the molecule preferably contain 1 to 10, in particular 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 carbon atoms. You can be saturated or unsaturated and as substituents z. B. carry halogen atoms, in particular chlorine or bromine, hydroxy, alkoxy, cyano, rhodium, phenyl, phenoxy, acyl, acyloxy or acylamino groups.
The phenyl nuclei as substituents on compounds of the formula (1) can in turn again carry subsutuents, e.g. B. halogen atoms (chlorine or bromine atoms), alkyl, alkoxy, nitro, hydroxyl, acyl, acyloxy or acylamino groups.
As non-water-solubilizing acyl groups come e.g. B. the radicals I of the formula R-X- or R'-Y- into consideration, wherein
R is a hydrocarbon radical, preferably an alkyl or phenyl radical, which contains heteroatoms and can carry the above-mentioned substituents,
X is a residue of the formula LOGOS or -SO2
R 'is a hydrogen atom or IR,
Y is a radical of the formula -Co-, -NR ", - CO-- or -NR" * SO2- and
R "denotes a hydrogen atom or Rl.
The new compounds of the formula (I) are obtained by chlorosulfonation of one mole of a compound of the formula
EMI1.2
and condensation of the sulfochloride formed with 2 moles of a primary aliphatic or aromatic amine or a mixture of primary aliphatic and / or aromatic amines.
The chlorosulfonation is preferably carried out in an excess of chlorosulfonic acid, which acts as a solvent and reactant, with a small addition of an inorganic acid halide, e.g. B. thionyl chloride or phosphorus oxychloride, at temperatures between 50-100 "C, preferably at about 80 C.
The reaction with the primary amine or amines can be carried out in an aqueous medium at temperatures between 25 and 150 ° C., preferably between 80 and 120 ° C. When reacting the sulfochloride with the amines, it can be advantageous e.g. with acetic acid or a dilute mineral acid.
The sulfochloride compound is preferably isolated from the solution in chlorosulfonic acid by carefully pouring it onto ice or ice water, in which the sulfochloride precipitates as an insoluble substance and can be used as an aqueous paste after suction and acid-free washing.
The processing of the dyes of the formula (I) to dye preparations is carried out in a generally known manner, for. B. by grinding in the presence of dispersants and / or fillers. The preparations, which may have been dried in vacuo or by atomization, can be used for dyeing, padding or printing in what is known as a long or short liquor after more or less water has been added.
The dyes are extremely well absorbed from aqueous suspension on textile material made of fully synthetic or semi-synthetic, hydrophobic, high molecular weight organic substances. They are particularly suitable for dyeing or printing textile material made of linear, aromatic polyesters, as well as cellulose-2t / 2-acetate, cellulose triacetate and synthetic polyamides.
One dyes or prints according to known, z. B. that in French Patent No.
1 445 371 described procedure.
The dyeings or prints obtained with brilliant green-tinged yellow nuances have very good global fastness properties; To be emphasized are the light fastness, gas, fume, ozone, lubricant, solvent and sea water fastness, the wash fastness, the thermosetting and pleating fastness, as well as the reduction and hydrolysis resistance and the wool reserve.
In the following example the parts mean weight parts. The temperatures are given in degrees Celsius.
example 1
12 parts of naphthoylenebenzimidazole-11,12-dicarboxylic anhydride are introduced into 140 parts of well-stirred chlorosulfonic acid in the course of 15 minutes. Then 2 parts of thionyl chloride are added, the reaction mixture is heated to 80 ° C. and kept at this temperature for 10 hours.
After cooling, the mixture is carefully poured onto 1000 parts of an ice-water mixture, the precipitate is filtered off after 10 minutes and most of the mineral acid is washed out with ice water.
The paste thus obtained is stirred in 100 parts of water and cooled to 0 ". While stirring, 20 parts of 3-methoxypropylamine are slowly added to the suspension, then the mixture is warmed to room temperature and stirred further. After 3 hours, 10 parts of sodium acetate and 25 parts of glacial acetic acid are added The reaction mixture is then heated to 1000 for 18 hours, and the insoluble pigment is finally filtered off, washed and dried.
The table below shows further dyes of the formula (I). which can be produced according to the information in the previous example.
