Man erhält z. Gewichts teile.

Process for the production of dyes of the tetrazaporphin series The invention relates to a: Process for the production of new valuable dyes of the tetrazaporphin series, which have the formula
EMI0001.0009
have, in which T is a tetrazaporphine residue which is directly or a bridge member connected to the N atom and X and Y are identical or different halogen atoms.
The dyes are prepared according to the invention by adding tetrazaporphine derivatives of the formula T-NH NHR, in which R is a hydrogen atom or an acyl radical, with mucohalogenic acids to give compounds of the formula
EMI0001.0021
converts and these reaction products cyclized with mineral acids.
The reaction of the hydrazine or 1-acyl hydrazinabkömml'inge of the tetrazaporphine with the mucohalogenic acids can temperature in aqueous solution or slurry or in organic diluents at room temperature or elevated temperature, eg. B. at 50 to. 100 C.
The mineral acids causing the cyclization are used either in anhydrous or largely anhydrous form, or in the form of their dilute aqueous solutions. If the Cychsierung with aqueous solutions of mineral acids, z. B. with dilute sulfuric acid or dilute hydrochloric acid, it is advantageous to work at a higher temperature, eg. B. at 60 C to the boiling point of the mineral acid solution. When using anhydrous or largely anhydrous acids, e.g. B.
of 96% sulfuric acid, the cyclization takes place at room temperature or at a moderately elevated temperature. z. B. 40 C, with a satisfactory speed.
An expedient embodiment of the process is that the reaction of the tetrazaporphinhydrazines or tetrazaporphinacylhydrazines with the mucohalogens, acids at elevated temperature, for. B. at 70 to about 10ss C, makes mine ralsauren aqueous solutions.
In this procedure, the corresponding halopyridazone derivatives of the tetrazaporphines are formed directly, so that intermediate substances do not need to be isolated.
The Tetrazaporphinhydrazine required for the implementation is obtained z. B. from tetrazaporphines, which contain primary aromatically bound amino groups, by diazotization and reduction of the resulting diazo compounds to the hydrazino compounds in the usual way, z.
B. with sodium sulfite or tin (II) chloride. The aromatically bonded amino groups can be located directly on the tetrazaporphine structure or in side chains that contain aryl radicals.
Another possibility of producing the tetrazaporphin derivatives containing hydrazino or acylhydrazino groups is to react tetrazaporphine derivatives, which contain halogen atoms that can be converted with amines, with hydrazines,
1-acylhydrazines or 1-acylhydrazinoarylamines and optionally saponification of the acyl groups.
The halogen atoms capable of reacting with amines can, for. B. be contained in sulfonic acid halide or halotriazinyl groups.
Hydrazine hydrazine can be used, for example, hydrazine hydrate, 1-acylhydrazine 1-acetyl or 1-benzoylhydrazine and 1-acylhydrazinoarylamine, for example 1 amino-3-acetylhydrazinobenzene or 1-amino-4-acetylhydrazinobenzene.
The tetrazaporphine derivatives required for the reaction can be derived from both metal-free and metal-containing tetrabenzotetraza-porphines, such as metal-free phthalocyanine and iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, chromium, aluminum or zinc phthalocyanines .
The derivatives of copper phthalocyanine are the preferred starting materials. Furthermore, derivatives of azaphthalocyanines or naphthophthalocyanines or of tetrazaporphine which contain fewer than four or no aromatic rings in the molecule, such as tetramethyl- or tetraphenyldibenzo-tetrazaporphine, are also suitable. The tetrazoporphine derivatives can have further substituents,
such as halogen atoms, nitro, alkyl and / or aryl groups contained in the molecule, as is the case in mono-, di- and tetrachloro copper phthalocyanines, tetraphenyl or tetraphenylsulfonyl copper phthalocyanines.
It is particularly advantageous to use tetrazaporphin derivatives which contain one or more sulfonic acid groups in the; Contain molecule.
Tetrazaporphinderivate containing primary aromatic amino groups are z. B. tetraamino copper or nickel phthalocyanine, tetraamino copper phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid, Teirakis (4-aminophenyl) copper phthalocyanine, bis (4-aDinophenylsulfonyl) copper phthalocyanine disulfonic acid or according to the method of German patent no. 1066,
683 available amino and hydroxy or alkoxy and sulfonic acid groups-containing tetrazaporphin derivatives or tetrazaporphines of the formula
EMI0002.0094
in which A an arylene radical containing optionally further substituents, such as sulfonic acid groups,
R is a hydrogen atom or a. short-chain alkyl riding, m is an integer from 1 to 4 and n is an integer from 0 to 3 and the sum of m and n is 2, 3 or 4.
Such compounds are, for example, the reaction products of 1 mole of copper or nickel phthalocyanine di, tri- or tetrasulfonic acid chloride with 1 to 4 moles of 2,4- or 2,5-daminobenzenesulfonic acid- (1), 3- or 4-acylamino-1-aminobenzenes or 4 - or 5-acyl amino-2-aminobenzenesulfonic acid- (1)
. In the aforementioned conversion products. the unreacted sulfonic acid chloride groups are optionally saponified to sulfonic acid groups and the acylamino groups to amino groups.
The new: Dyes are suitable for dyeing and printing structures such as fibers, flakes, threads, woven, knitted, nonwovens and felts made from wool, silk, linear synthetic polyamides and leather and, in particular, from native or regenerated cellulose, with the presence acid-binding the agent is advantageous. Here, dyes that are less readily soluble in water are used, optionally in dispersed form.
The dyes can be z. B. on cotton in the presence of alkaline substances, such as alkali hydroxides, carbonates or hydrogen carbonates, and advantageously with neutral salts from aqueous baths. You can z.
B. also solutions of the new dyes, optionally using conventional dyeing auxiliaries, pad on cotton fabric, dry the material to be dyed and fix the dyes on the fiber in the presence of the above-mentioned basic substances by steaming or treatment with hot air. The basic substances can be added directly to the padding liquor,
or this can be applied to the padded fabric by means of a second pad bath.
In a corresponding way, cellulose fabric can also be printed using the usual printing auxiliaries.
One obtains z. B. dyeings and prints on cotton with very good light and wet fastness properties. The parts mentioned in the example are. Weight parts.
Example 100 parts of the compound of the formula
