In der Zeichnung zeigt die Fig. 2 zeigt denselben Wecker, teilweise in Seiten scheu Lampe versehenen Weckers, wobei das Lampen; gehäuse und teilweise auch das Weckergehäuse im Schnitt dargestellt sind;
Lamp housing The present invention relates to a lamp housing on an electric alarm clock provided with a lamp, a so-called light alarm clock.
Such a housing should now be as small as possible, since such an alarm clock is used to adjust the alarm clock and very often also to switch off the alarm clock.
With a small housing there is now a very easy risk that it will heat up too much when the lamp is switched on, which is undesirable on the one hand because you cannot touch the alarm clock well and on the other hand, of course,
because then no more thermoplastics can be used to manufacture the housing. Furthermore, the housing should be able to be opened in a simple manner,
so that a burnt-out glass can be replaced without difficulty.
The lamp housing according to the invention, which is characterized by the features mentioned in the patent claim and of which below with the aid of the enclosed ones, meets all these requirements. Drawing an embodiment is described.
In the drawing, FIG. 2 shows the same alarm clock, partially provided with an alarm clock with a shy lamp, the lamps; housing and partly also the alarm clock housing are shown in section;
FIG. 2 shows the same alarm clock, partly in side view and partly in section along line II-11 of FIG.
In the drawing, 1 designates the watch case, which can consist of plastic, for example. On the front side, it has a transparent disk 1 a made of glass or plastic, which serves to protect the dial 2 and the pointer 3.
The housing rear wall 1b is fastened with screws 4. A lamp holder 5 for the incandescent lamp 6 is attached to the movement housing cover 1c,
so that this cover also serves as the housing bottom of the lamp housing. This housing base is at least partially provided with a reflective surface, which is formed here by an aluminum foil 7 or a thin aluminum sheet.
The remaining housing walls, together with the housing cover, form a single component 8, which is made of light-permeable material, expediently made of a translucent plastic,
for example a synthetic milk glass or a similar substance. This component:
8 has several air slots 8a in the ceiling surface through which the air heated inside the housing by the burning lamp can escape, while at the same time through the opening 8b arranged longitudinally on the lower lamp housing and the bottom,
Openings 9 formed on the two lamp housing end faces allow fresh air to flow in,
as shown in the drawing by arrows. As a result of the intensive air circulation obtained through it, it is possible to give the housing relatively small dimensions without the risk of
that it reaches an undesirably high temperature.
As can be seen from the drawing, the lamp housing base 1c has an upwardly projecting delimitation on its longitudinal edges., Strip of which:
The one on the front is formed by the rim 1d of the watch case, while the one on the back is formed by the rear wall 1b. Standing coffin on the inner surfaces of these two strips. the walls of the housing 8
which are provided with pins 8c, the free ends of which are inserted into corresponding recesses formed as bores in the strips, so that the two. Parts are held together safely and forever,
but can be detached from one another in the simplest possible way by elastic bending of the lamp housing wall.
