Motor bogie for rail vehicles with transverse drive motors attached to the bogie frame The invention relates to a drive bogie for rail vehicles with transverse drive motors attached to the bogie frame. The aim of the invention is to be able to omit the otherwise usual center cross member of the bogie frame in order to simplify the frame and achieve a reduction in its weight, as well as to move the two engine masses as possible against the center of the bogie.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a bogie according to the invention in elevation, FIG. 2 the same in plan, FIG. 3 the same in side elevation, namely in the left half as a section through the wheel axle and in the right half as a central cross-section, FIG. 4 shows a detail of the Pulling and braking force transmission linkage.
The bogie has two drive axles 1 and 2 on which the bogie frame 3 is supported by means of the springs 4 and the side arms of the axle box housing 5. The axes are guided in the longitudinal and transverse directions on vertical guide pins 6 attached to the Drehgestellrah men, which slide in corresponding guide bushes of the Achsbüchs- side arms.
The vehicle body 7 is supported on the bogie frame 3 by means of the cross member 8 attached to it on the two laterally arranged pendulum cradles 9. These each consist of two laterally pivotable pendulum rods 13, a yoke 14 articulated on these and the rubber spring package 15 .
The two drive axles 1 and 2 are driven by the electric motors 16 attached to the bogie frame 3, each via an all-sided flexible drive mechanism 17. The motor housings are assembled into a block and form a longitudinal cross member between the end supports 18 of the bogie frame. The Motorge housing are mirror-symmetrical with respect to their vertical transverse center plane. This made it possible to use the same housing model for both drive motors, but nevertheless to arrange the drive sides of the motors on the same bogie side.
The support arms 22 of the engine sides facing each other are screwed directly to one another, while the support arms of the engine sides facing away from one another are connected via auxiliary supports 23 to the end supports 18 of the bogie frame. This creates a very stiff, free longitudinal traverse between the front girders. Since in this way the otherwise usual and necessary bogie frame center cross member and other auxiliary beams can be omitted, a significant Ge weight reduction of the whole bogie association is achieved. Furthermore, it is now possible to bring the two sets of drive wheels closer to their shortest wheelbase, which enables the frame of the bogie to be shortened and thus a further reduction in weight.
The motor housings are also provided with a paw 24 on both sides in a mirror symmetrical arrangement. These paws are used on the one hand to attach a hollow shaft bearing 25. On the other hand, the paws 24 facing each other are firmly connected by an intermediate piece 26 with each other, which also contributes to the United stiffening of the engine block.
The underside of the motor housing block formed in this way is connected in an articulated manner to the vehicle body by means of a linkage for the transmission of the tensile and braking forces. For this purpose, the intermediate piece 26 has two pivot pins 27. The train rods are each divided into two parts 31, 32 and connected to each other by a fork joint 33 with a transverse axis of rotation. In this way, the angled transmission rods can twist against each other only in the vertical plane. The vertical component that occurs during the transmission of tensile force is transmitted to the rolling surface 35 attached to the motor housing by means of the tapered rollers 34.
Regarding the path that the Zugkraftübertra takes, it should be noted that, due to the fall of the central cross members, the two end supports 18 are now more stressed by the tensile or braking forces occurring on the guide pin 6 via these end supports, the engine housing block and the intermediate piece 26 to the transmission linkage 31, 32 are forwarded. For this reason, it is of course necessary to make the end support 18 larger than is otherwise customary.
The two motor housings could also be made from one piece in the form of a twin housing, so that the screw connections would then be omitted and only the auxiliary carriers 23 would remain. This would result in a further reduction in weight.
The arrangement according to the invention is not limited to two-axle chassis and could, if necessary, also be applied to multi-axle arrangements.
