Motor bogie for rail vehicles, in which the traction and braking forces are transmitted through a linkage to the car body The invention relates to a motor bogie frame for rail vehicles, in which the traction and braking forces by a between the front and rear side of the bogie and the Vehicle box arranged linkage are transferred.
In known bogie assemblies of this type there are difficulties in articulating the transmission linkage in the bogie center when the space between the axles is built by motors, gear parts and similar organs. It is then necessary to articulate the rods at a greater distance from the center of the bogie. In this way, when negotiating curves and the correspondingly twisted bogies, restoring moments are set on the bogie, which derive from the transverse components of the tensile forces transmitted. In order to mitigate this disadvantage as much as possible, the transmission rod is according to the invention on each bogie side with an intermediate joint transverse axis of rotation divided.
The intermediate joint is also guided above and below on a guide surface fastened to the bogie frame, so that the two rod parts can only be angled against each other in the vertical plane. This measure makes it possible to articulate the power transmission organ in the immediate vicinity of the bogie center and to arrange the inner part of the train rod approximately horizontally and below the installation parts.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows an outline of a bogie according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows the same in plan, FIG. 3 shows a detail of the traction and braking force transmission linkage, FIG. 4 shows a variant of FIG. 2.
The bogie has two drive axles 1 and 2 on which the bogie frame 3 is supported by means of the springs 4 and the side arms of the axle box housing 5. The axes are also ge leads to vertical guide pins of the bogie frame in the side arms of the axle box. The vehicle body 7 is based on the bogie frame 3 by means of the cross member 8 attached to the box 9 on the two laterally arranged pendulum cradles 9. These each consist of two laterally pivotable pendulum rods 10, a yoke 11 articulated on these and the rubber spring package 12. The two Drive axles 1 and 2 are driven by the electric motors 14 attached to the bogie frame 3, each via a drive mechanism 15 that is flexible on all sides.
The motor housings are built together to form a block that is attached to the end supports 16. The support arms 17 of the mutually facing motor sides are screwed directly to one another, while the support arms of the motor sides facing away from each other are attached to the end supports 16 via auxiliary supports 18. The motor housings are provided in a mirror-symmetrical arrangement on both sides with the same pawl 19 each. These paws serve on the one hand to fasten a hollow shaft bearing 20, on the other hand the paws 19 facing each other are firmly connected to one another by an intermediate piece 21.
The motor housing block formed in this way is articulated to the vehicle body 7 on its underside by means of a double rod for the transmission of the tensile and braking forces. For this purpose, the intermediate piece 21 has two pivot pins 22. The tie rods are each divided into two parts 23 and 24 and connected by a fork joint 25 with a transverse pivot axis. In this way, the angled transmission rods 23, 24 can only twist in the vertical plane gegeneinan the. The vertical component occurring during the transmission of tensile forces at the intermediate joint is transmitted by means of the tapered rollers 26 to the rolling surface 27 attached to the housing on the Motorge.
The two outer end joints 28 of the angled tie rod are provided with elongated holes so that the rod can only transmit tensile forces, but not compressive forces.
If the bogie rotates by a certain amount with respect to the vehicle body when driving on curves, the tie rods assume the dot-dash position shown in FIG. It can be seen from this that, due to the short Ent distance of the pivot points 22 from the bogie center, only a very small restoring torque can arise on the bogie.
It should be noted that due to the angling of the outer rod branch when transmitting tensile forces, a corresponding vertical component occurs in the intermediate joint, which strives to raise the relevant engine a little and thus relieve the relevant wheelset by a certain amount. This additional force has a compensating effect, as the axis concerned experiences a certain additional load anyway due to the known tilting tendency around the horizontal bogie transverse axis.
Instead of arranging the support rollers 26 according to FIG. 3 on the sides of the fork joint, these could, for. B. also after the construction shown in Fig. 4 art in a frame 30 of the inner rod part 31 can be accommodated. In this case, the outer rod part 32 is hinged to the frame 30 by means of two joints 33 lying apart. This embodiment enables a more stable guidance of the two-part tensile force transmission rod. Instead of arranging the rolling surfaces on the motor housing, they could possibly be attached to a cross member of the bogie frame.
