Pièce d'horlogerie L'objet de la présente invention est une pièce d'horlogerie comprenant une boîte à couvercle dans laquelle est disposée une montre qui, lorsqu'on lève le couvercle, se dresse en chevalet dans le corps de la boîte., sous l'action d'un ressort.
Dans les pièces de ce genre, le ressort est d'habitude fabriqué à part puis monté dans le corps de boîte ; la fabrication de ce ressort, de petites dimensions, est délicate et son montage assez long.
La présente invention a poux but de remédier à ces inconvénients. ; cette pièce d'horlogerie est carao- térisée par le fait que le corps de boîte est formé de deux calottes disposées l'une dans l'autre, le ressort susmentionné étant découpé dans la calotte intérieure faite en un matériau élastique, de préférence un alliage de béryllium qui, présente une élasticité suffisante tout en se laissant travailler facilement ; de préférence, on découpera dans cette calotte en même temps que le ressort susmentionné une patte élastique qui servira à la fermeture du couvercle, pièce qui d'habitude est aussi fabriquée à part.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la présente invention.

La pièce d'horlogerie représentée comprend une boîte formée d'un fond 1 et d'un couvercle 2, dans laquelle est articulée la montre 3. Le fond 1 est formé de deux calottes, disposées l'une dans l'autre, la calotte extérieure la à laquelle est articulé le couvercle 2 et la calotte intérieure lb engagée à frottement dans la première. Cette calotte lb, représentée à part en fig. 3, est faite en un alliage de béryllium, présentant de l'élasticité tout en pouvant se travailler facilement.
Au fond de cette calotte est brasé un petit chevalet 7, à section droite en U, dont les côtés forment les, charrons fixes d'une charnière dont 8 est l'axe fixe et dont le charnon médian 9, mobile autour de l'axe 8, est fixé à la montre 3. En dessous de celle- ci, on a découpé dans la calotte 1b une languette 5 formant ressort, qui tend constamment à dresser la montre 3. Dans le pourtour de cette calotte, on a également découpé une patte élastique 6 contre laquelle appuie le poussoir de commande 4.
Le fond la, lb ainsi que le couvercle 2 sont faits d'une matière légère, non élastique, par exemple en aluminium ; le couvercle est renforcé, sur son pourtour intérieur par un anneau 10 en laiton sur lequel vient s'accrocher l'extrémité extérieure, recourbée en dehors, de la patte 6.
Lorsque le couvercle 2 est fermé, il est maintenu dans cette position par la patte 6 engagée avec l'anneau 10 ; si l'on déplace le poussoir 4 vers l'intérieur on dégage la patte 6 de cet anneau 10 et le ressort 5 soulève la montre 3 qui vient se mettre en chevalet sur le fond.
