Pièce d'horlogerie L'objet de l'invention est une pièce d'horlogerie comprenant un mouvement introduit depuis le côté glace dans la boite et ayant un mécanisme de mise à l'heure à tirette pivotant dans la platine, la tirette étant montée de façon à pouvoir se déplacer axialement d'une distance suffisante pour libérer la tige de remontoir sous l'action d'un ressort qui tend à maintenir la tirette éloignée de la tige de remontoir ;
cette pièce d'horlogerie est caractérisée par le fait que la tirette appuie au moins médiatement contre un organe de la boîte qui peut également se déplacer axialement par rapport à la platine de façon telle qu'en position normale, c'est-à-dire appuyé contre la platine, il agisse sur la tirette à l'encontre du ressort et la maintienne en prise avec la tige de remontoir, des moyens d'emboîtage maintenant ledit organe dans cette position lorsque la boîte est fermée et, lorsque la boîte est ouverte, lesdits moyens libérant l'organe de la boîte qui s'éloigne de la platine sous l'action du ressort agissant sur la tirette, cette dernière se déplaçant également et libérant de ce fait la tige de remontoir.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en coupe selon un plan radial passant par l'axe de la tirette et montrant les différents organes de la forme d'exécution lorsque la boîte est fermée.
La fig. 2 est une vue selon une coupe semblable à la fig. 1, mais montrant les différents organes de la deuxième forme d'exécution.
Dans la première forme d'exécution représentée par la fig. 1, on remarque le mouvement 1 dont un arrachement permet de distinguer la vis de tirette 2 sur laquelle agit le ressort 3 tendant à éloigner la tirette 4 de la platine la. Un levier 5 vissé sur la tirette et dirigé radialement vers l'extérieur du mouvement prend appui contre un rehaut 7 entourant librement le cadran 6.
Lorsque la boîte est fermée, la lunette 9 serre élastiquement la glace 8 en matière flexi- ble, par exemple en verre organique, contre la paroi perpendiculaire au plan du cadran, d'un rebord 10a de la carrure. Une portée 8a de la glace maintient le rehaut 7 appuyé contre le levier 5 de la tirette maintenue en prise avec la tige de remontoir par le levier 5 agissant à l'encontre du ressort 3 ; en appuyant également sur le pourtour du mouvement, le levier 5 maintient celui-ci rigidement dans la boîte.
Lorsqu'on ouvre la boîte, on enlève la lunette 9 et la glace 8. Le rehaut n'étant plus maintenu se déplace sous l'action du ressort 3 agissant par l'intermédiaire de la tirette 4 et

du levier 5 qui libèrent en même temps la tige de remontoir.
Dans la deuxième forme d'exécution, représentée par la fig. 2, le rehaut 1 entoure le cadran 2 librement et comprend une couronne intérieure la appuyant sur le mouvement 3 et maintenant également la tirette 5 en prise avec la tige de remontoir, ceci à l'encontre du ressort 6 agissant sur la vis de tirette 7.
Lorsque la glace est enlevée, le rehaut se déplace comme dans la première forme d'exécution et libère la tige de remontoir.
L'organe de la boîte agissant sur la tirette pourrait être un rehaut venu d'une seule pièce avec la lunette, un cercle d'agrandissement ou un cercle d'encageage, par exemple.

this timepiece is characterized by the fact that the zipper presses at least medially against a member of the case which can also move axially relative to the plate such that in the normal position, that is to say pressed against the plate, it acts on the zipper against the spring and keeps it engaged with the winding stem, fitting means maintaining said member in this position when the box is closed and, when the box is open , said means releasing the member of the case which moves away from the plate under the action of the spring acting on the zipper, the latter also moving and thereby freeing the winding stem.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, two embodiments of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view along a radial plane passing through the axis of the pull tab and showing the various members of the embodiment when the box is closed.
Fig. 2 is a view in section similar to FIG. 1, but showing the different components of the second embodiment.
In the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, we notice the movement 1, a tear of which makes it possible to distinguish the pull-tab screw 2 on which the spring 3 acts tending to move the pull-tab 4 away from the plate 1a. A lever 5 screwed onto the zipper and directed radially towards the outside of the movement bears against a flange 7 freely surrounding the dial 6.
When the case is closed, the bezel 9 resiliently clamps the crystal 8 made of flexible material, for example organic glass, against the wall perpendicular to the plane of the dial, of a rim 10a of the middle part. A bearing 8a of the crystal keeps the flange 7 pressed against the lever 5 of the pull tab held in engagement with the winding rod by the lever 5 acting against the spring 3; by also pressing on the periphery of the movement, the lever 5 holds it rigidly in the box.
When the box is opened, the bezel 9 and the crystal 8 are removed. The flange, no longer being maintained, moves under the action of the spring 3 acting via the pull tab 4 and

lever 5 which simultaneously release the winding stem.
In the second embodiment, represented by FIG. 2, the flange 1 surrounds the dial 2 freely and comprises an inner crown pressing it on the movement 3 and also keeping the zipper 5 in engagement with the winding stem, this against the spring 6 acting on the zipper screw 7 .
When the crystal is removed, the flange moves as in the first embodiment and releases the winding stem.
The member of the box acting on the zipper could be a flange coming in one piece with the bezel, an enlarging circle or a casing circle, for example.
