Bouchon-adaptateur
L'invention a pour objet un bouchon-adaptateur permettant de fixer, de manière étanche, à l'extrémité d'une tubulure d'un certain diamètre une autre tubulure d'un diamètre moindre.
Ce bouchon-adaptateur est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une tête présentant un orifice, et deux jupes constituées par des manchons souples en matière plastique, la jupe extérieure étant destinée à être introduite dans la tubulure de plus grand diamètre, et la seconde jupe, logée à l'intérieur de la première et prolongeant ledit orifice, étant destinée à recevoir l'extrémité de la seconde tubulure, un intervalle annulaire étant ménagé entre les parois de ces deux jupes pour permettre une certaine compression radiale de la jupe extérieure lors de son introduction dans l'extrémité de la première tubulure, et une certaine expansion radiale de la jupe intérieure lors de l'introduction de la seconde tubulure dans ledit orifice et ladite jupe intérieure.
Le dessin montre, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution du bouchon objet de l'invention et une variante de la seconde forme.
La fig. 1 est une vue en coupe du bouchonadaptateur monté sur le goulot d'un flacon, ce bouchon étant en une seule pièce.
La fig. 2 est une vue éclatée d'un bouchon adaptateur en deux pièces.
La fig 3 est une vue de la variante du bouchon de la fig. 2 utilisée avec un doseur-verseur.
Suivant le mode d'exécution représenté à la fig.
1, le bouchon-adaptateur comporte une tête annulaire 1, cannelée sur son pourtour, et une jupe extérieure 2 cylindrique ou légèrement conique, présentant des nervures circulaires 3, cette jupe étant en matière plastique souple, et pouvant ainsi s'adapter dans une certaine mesure au diamètre intérieur d'un goulot de flacon G, dans lequel elle est introduite à forcement.
A l'intérieur est prévue une seconde jupe 4 légèrement conique, également constituée en une matière plastique souple et se rattachant à la tête en 5. Un intervalle annulaire 6 est ménagé entre ces deux jupes. La jupe intérieure débouche par une de ses extrémités en 7, dans la jupe extérieure, par son autre extrémité en 8, sur la face extérieure 9 de la tête qui présente donc un orifice 8.
Dans ce mode d'exécution, le bouchon est de préférence moulé en une seule pièce, entièrement en matière plastique souple, par exemple en polyéthylène.
On voit que l'on peut d'une part enfoncer la jupe externe 2 dans le goulot G d'un flacon en comprimant radialement cette jupe, et d'autre part, enfoncer une tubulure rigide T, en verre par exemple, dans l'orifice 8 du bouchon et faire pénétrer cette tubulure sur toute la longueur de la jupe interne 4, en dilatant légèrement celle-ci, la compression de la jupe externe et la dilatation de la jupe interne étant toutes deux possibles grâce à l'intervalle 6 qui sépare ces deux parties.
Suivant le mode d'exécution montré en fig. 2, la tête 1 1 et la jupe extérieure 2 sont moulées en une seule pièce, la tête présentant un trou axial et une cavité circulaire 13 ménagée dans la face extérieure de la tête, et formant un épaulement. Dans cette cavité 13 est introduite une pièce interne 14 composée par la jupe intérieure 4 légèrement conique, également en matière plastique souple, cette jupe étant pourvue d'une collerette 15 dimensionnée pour pou voir s'emboîter exactement dans la cavité 13 de la tête. Les dimensions de cette jupe interne sont telles qu'un espace annulaire subsiste entre les deux jupes lorsqu'elles sont montées l'une dans l'autre pour constituer un ensemble qui peut être alors pratiquement identique à celui de la fig. 1.
Les deux jupes ne sont pas nécessairement coaxiales. En outre, la jupe intérieure, étant amovible, peut être remplacée par une autre de diamètre intérieur différent, afin de permettre d'adapter sur le même flacon un tube de diamètre différent.
Dans une variante de la seconde forme d'exécution, représentée à la fig. 3, le bouchon comporte un lien 21 venu de moulage avec lui, ce lien étant constitué par une bande souple portant à son extrémité un obturateur 22 agencé pour fermer l'extrémité de la tubulure verseuse d'un doseur-verseur D comportant une tubulure de fixation tt, une capacité de dosage C et une tubulure verseuse t2, à l'extrémité de laquelle s'adapte l'obturateur 22.
Cet obturateur peut avoir soit la forme d'un bouchon, pour pénétrer dans l'extrémité de la tubulure verseuse, soit la forme d'un chapeau pour coiffer l'extrémité de cette tubulure. De toutes manières, il est, de préférence, venu de moulage avec le lien et avec le bouchon-adaptateur, ou avec la partie bouchon du bouchon-adaptateur si celui-ci est en deux pièces.

According to the embodiment shown in FIG.
1, the plug-adapter comprises an annular head 1, fluted around its periphery, and an outer skirt 2 cylindrical or slightly conical, having circular ribs 3, this skirt being made of flexible plastic material, and thus being able to adapt to a certain extent. measurement at the inside diameter of a bottle neck G, in which it is forcedly introduced.
Inside is provided a second slightly conical skirt 4, also made of a flexible plastic material and attached to the head at 5. An annular gap 6 is formed between these two skirts. The inner skirt opens at one of its ends at 7, into the outer skirt, at its other end at 8, on the outer face 9 of the head which therefore has an orifice 8.
In this embodiment, the stopper is preferably molded in a single piece, entirely of flexible plastic material, for example polyethylene.
It can be seen that on the one hand it is possible to push the outer skirt 2 into the neck G of a bottle by radially compressing this skirt, and on the other hand, to push a rigid tube T, made of glass for example, into the orifice 8 of the stopper and allow this tubing to penetrate the entire length of the internal skirt 4, slightly expanding the latter, the compression of the external skirt and the expansion of the internal skirt both being possible thanks to the gap 6 which separates these two parts.
According to the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the head 11 and the outer skirt 2 are molded in one piece, the head having an axial hole and a circular cavity 13 formed in the outer face of the head, and forming a shoulder. Into this cavity 13 is introduced an internal part 14 composed of the slightly conical inner skirt 4, also of flexible plastic material, this skirt being provided with a collar 15 dimensioned to be able to fit exactly into the cavity 13 of the head. The dimensions of this internal skirt are such that an annular space remains between the two skirts when they are mounted one inside the other to constitute an assembly which can then be practically identical to that of FIG. 1.
The two skirts are not necessarily coaxial. In addition, the inner skirt, being removable, can be replaced by another with a different inner diameter, in order to allow a tube of different diameter to be fitted to the same bottle.
In a variant of the second embodiment, shown in FIG. 3, the stopper comprises a link 21 molded with it, this link being constituted by a flexible strip carrying at its end a shutter 22 arranged to close the end of the pouring tube of a doser-pourer D comprising a tube of attachment tt, a dosing capacity C and a pouring pipe t2, at the end of which the shutter 22 fits.
This obturator can either have the shape of a stopper, to penetrate into the end of the pouring tube, or the shape of a cap to cover the end of this tube. In any case, it is preferably molded with the link and with the plug-adapter, or with the plug part of the plug-adapter if the latter is in two pieces.
