La fig. 1 est une vue en coupe axiale de la première forme de réalisation d'un récipient en position couvercle ouvert;
la fig. 2 est une vue partielle, en coupe axiale, du récipient de la fig. 1, en position couvercle fermé;
la fig. 4 est une vue, en coupe axiale, du récipient de la fig. 3, en position aplatie;
Container
The present invention relates to a container comprising an internal plastic pocket, held in position by a support interposed between the internal wall of an envelope and the external wall of said pocket.
It is characterized in that the pocket has a neck that can be collapsed by crushing and in that it is held in place by a groove in which the edge of an orifice of corresponding shape of said support is housed.
In the container according to the invention, the rigid interior support therefore plays a dual role, namely that of supporting the plastic bag and that of serving as a support for the retraction of the neck.
There is shown in the accompanying drawing two embodiments of the container which is the subject of the invention and a variant of the drawing in which:
Fig. 1 is an axial sectional view of the first embodiment of a container in the open lid position;
fig. 2 is a partial view, in axial section, of the container of FIG. 1, in the closed position;
fig. 3 is an axial sectional view of the container according to the second embodiment, in the open lid position, and
fig. 4 is a view, in axial section, of the container of FIG. 3, in a flattened position;
fig. 5 is a partial view, in axial section, of a variant of a rigid container, with a large diameter neck, in the open lid position.
In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the container comprises an envelope consisting of a relatively rigid outer box 1, made of cardboard, metal, or wood, for example, with an opening lid, in two parts. A container 3 forming a plastic bag, in one piece, serves to receive the liquid. This pocket is provided with a neck 4 with a pouring neck 5, for example, capable of being covered with a stopper 6, and interconnected by a connecting element 7. This connecting element 7 is accordion-like, so that it can be crushed or even flipped over.
At the base of the connecting element 7 is formed an annular groove 8 in which is housed the internal edge 9 of an orifice made in the upper part of a rigid support 10, made of cardboard, wood or metal, for example. , of outer shape corresponding to the shape of the container 1, which rests by its bottom 11 on the bottom 12 of the outer box 1.
Thanks to this support 10, the neck 4, even before filling the pocket 3, always remains well centered. After filling and placing the stopper 6, the neck 4 sinks, when the two parts 2, 2 'of the cover are folded down. As seen in fig. 2, after complete closure of the outer casing, the neck 4, having rested on the support 10, is inserted, by its connecting element 7, to the very inside of the body of the pocket 3, without deforming the latter, which may be full of liquid, and therefore without risk of said liquid overflowing.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS.
3 and 4, where elements similar to those of the example of FIGS. 1 and 2 bear the same reference numbers, the outer envelope 1, made of cardboard for example, can open through its upper part 2, 2 ', as well as by its lower part 13, 13', and fold flat . The support 10 is, in this case, stapled, at 14, on one side to the wall of the envelope. The pocket 3 is provided with a neck 4, the connecting element 7 of which has a profile which simply allows it to be crushed against the upper part of the support 10. The method of use of the container shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 is the same as that of the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the role of the support 10 is identical.
The eclipsable collar 4 does not, however, turn over like a thimble to sink into the very inside of the pocket. I1 then plays the role of shock absorber, during transport, thanks to the residual volume of air it contains.
When the pocket 3 is empty, the two halves 13, 13 'of the bottom of the outer casing 1 can be folded outwards, and the assembly can be folded up and flattened, as shown in FIG. 4. The pocket 3 is retained by the groove 8 to the support 9, and the latter remains stapled at 14 to one of the sides of the envelope 1.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the container, intended for granulated or viscous products, for example, comprises a bag 3 whose neck 4 has a neck 5 with a large opening connected to the body of the bag by a cylindrical element 7 which simply slips away by collapsing on itself when closing the cover 2, 2 'of the box 1. The edge 9 of the hole drilled in the upper part of the support 10 is reinforced by a collar 15, made of hard material, for example metal. The closure of the neck is ensured, at the level of the groove 8, by an expandable plug 16, provided with an expansion member 17, a circlip for example.
In a variant, the generatrix of the element for connecting the neck to the body of the pocket could be any curve with, or without, an inflection point; the pocket can have any internal shape, parallelepiped, for example, and the groove, like the hole made in the rigid support, could be oval, square or rectangular, instead of being circular; the rigid support could be stapled to the wall of the outer box, even in the case where the latter is not folding.
