Pièce à main
La présente invention concerne une pièce à main dans laquelle l'axe tournant est supporté dans le corps de la pièce à main par plusieurs paliers. Pour permettre le démontage de la pièce à main, il est nécessaire que le corps soit en plusieurs parties séparables ou que le palier arrière forme butée longitudinale et soit amovible.
Dans les pièces à main à palier arrière amovible, le palier est à l'heure actuelle maintenu dans sa position nonnale par un verrou à ressort ou par une bague ou douille filetée qui est vissée dans le corps.
La présente invention a pour objet une pièce à main à palier arrière amovible formant butée longitudinale, et dont le but est d'obtenir un montage du palier extrêmement simple et ne nécessitant que peu d'usinage tout en permettant un démontage pratiquement instantané de la pièce à main.
La pièce à main selon l'invention est caractérisée par le fait que le palier arrière prend appui par sa face avant sur une butée, constituée, par exemple, par un épaulement interne du corps, et est maintenu en place par une douille emboîtée dans le corps de la pièce et affleurant au ras de son extrémité arrière.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de la pièce à main faisant l'objet de la présente invention.

Telle qu'elle est représentée au dessin, la pièce à main est adaptable sur un wrist-joint et est du type de celle faisant l'objet du brevet français No 1155998.
La pièce à main représentée comprend un corps 1 dans lequel sont disposés des paliers 2 et 3.
Dans ces paliers est monté un axe tournant 4 sur la portion avant duquel est vissée une douille 5 et qui comporte à son extrémité avant un logement pour une pince double 6.
La douille 5 présente une portion conique interne 5a de sorte que le vissage de la douille 6 sur l'axe assure le serrage de la pince.
A son extrémité arrière, l'axe 4 porte un entraîneur à tournevis 7 fixé sur l'axe par des vis 8.
Le palier arrière 3 est immobilisé entre un épaulement 4a de l'axe 4 et l'entraîneur 7. Il prend appui sur un épaulement interne la du corps 1 et est maintenu en place dans le corps par une douille élastique 9 fendue comme il est indiqué en 10 (fig.
2). Cette douille forme entretoise et a une longueur telle qu'elle arrive au ras de l'extrémité arrière du corps 1. Grâce à cette disposition, lorsque la pièce à main est montée sur le wrist, celui-ci empêche la douille 9 de sortir du corps, le palier 3 étant ainsi immobilisé.
Pour démonter la pièce à main, il suffit de la séparer du wrist et de pousser sur l'extrémité avant de l'axe 4, par exemple par l'intermédiaire de la fraise. L'axe repousse lui-même le palier 3 qui chasse la douille 9 du corps 1, ce qui permet à l'axe de sortir de ce corps.
On voit ainsi que le démontage de la pièce à main se fait extrêmement facilement quoique le maintien en place du palier 3 soit assuré par des moyens simples et ne nécessitant que peu d'usinage.

The handpiece according to the invention is characterized in that the rear bearing is supported by its front face on a stop, constituted, for example, by an internal shoulder of the body, and is held in place by a socket fitted in the body of the piece and flush with its rear end.

As shown in the drawing, the handpiece is adaptable to a wrist-joint and is of the type that is the subject of French patent No. 1155998.
The handpiece shown comprises a body 1 in which bearings 2 and 3 are arranged.
In these bearings is mounted a rotating axis 4 on the front portion of which is screwed a sleeve 5 and which has at its front end a housing for a double clamp 6.
The sleeve 5 has an internal conical portion 5a so that the screwing of the sleeve 6 on the axis ensures the clamping of the clamp.
At its rear end, the axle 4 carries a screwdriver driver 7 fixed to the axle by screws 8.
The rear bearing 3 is immobilized between a shoulder 4a of the axis 4 and the driver 7. It is supported on an internal shoulder 1a of the body 1 and is held in place in the body by an elastic sleeve 9 split as indicated. in 10 (fig.
2). This sleeve forms a spacer and has a length such that it arrives flush with the rear end of the body 1. Thanks to this arrangement, when the handpiece is mounted on the wrist, the latter prevents the sleeve 9 from coming out of the body. body, bearing 3 thus being immobilized.
To dismantle the handpiece, it suffices to separate it from the wrist and push on the front end of the axis 4, for example by means of the cutter. The axis itself pushes the bearing 3 which drives the sleeve 9 from the body 1, which allows the axis to come out of this body.
It can thus be seen that the dismantling of the handpiece is done extremely easily, although the bearing 3 is held in place by simple means and requiring only little machining.
