Lorsque la masse tourne dans le sens contraire à celui (le la flèche 15, c'est la roue 1 qui tourne dans le sens de cette flèche. Le rochet11, solidaire de la roue ', tourne alors dans le sens contraire et le dos de sa. dent suivante repousse vers l'extérieur le bec du cliquet 11 en agissant sur sa surface inclinée 1-1(r, ce qui produit- l'enp,@aa-emen:t. du cliquet. 13 avec le rochet 1t1;
2'5. Les faces 30 des dents de la denture 23(t., avec lesquelles coopère la surface d'impulsion 28 du cliquet, sont tangentielles au cercle 31 ayant pour centre le centre de la goutte 26a, ce qui per met un dégagement aisé -du cliquet lorsque, repoussé par l'action de la dent suivante de la denture '23a sur sa surface inclinée 28c, il quitte la denture '23a;
One-way drive device for a self-winding timepiece. The object of the present invention is. a one-way drive device for a self-winding timepiece, comprising. two driving elements both controlled by the winding mass and rotating alternately. in one served and in the other, but always in opposite directions from each other, and. an element. driven belonging to the automatic winding train and always turning in the same direction.
This device is characterized by the fact that these two driving elements each comprise a toothing with each of which cooperates a nose of a connecting member articulated on the driven element and arranged such that each driving toothing, when it changes direction, acts on an inclined surface of said member, so as to push back this connecting member and to engage the latter with the other toothing.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, two embodiments of the object (the invention.
Fig. 1 is a following cut. I-1 of the fi, -. 2, of the first embodiment. The fi-. '-) is a section on II-II of FIG. 1.
3 is a schematic plan view of a timepiece, illustrating an example of application of the device according to the invention. The, fig. 4 is a section of the second embodiment along IV-IV of FIG. 5, and fig. 5 is, a section along V-V of the. fig. 4.
The device shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 includes them driving wheels 1 and. 2 and a driven pinion 3, integral with a plate 4 located between the wheels 1 and 2. These wheels are controlled by the pinion 5 of the winding mass 6, one, the wheel 1, directly and the other , the. wheel 2, via a return 7. These wheels 1 and 2 therefore rotate alternately in one direction and the other, following the direction of rotation of the mass, but always in opposite directions to one of the other. Each of them has an annular recess 8, respectively 9; these two recesses face the plate 4 and serve as a housing for a ratchet 10, respectively 11, driven onto the hub of each of the two wheels.
The two ratchets 10 and 1 1 have their teeth turned in the same direction. The plate 4 carries a rotary journal 12 on which are wedged two pawls 13 and 14. These two pawls are each located on a hard face of the plate 4. The pawl 13 cooperates with the ratchet 10 of the wheel 1 and the pawl 14 cooperates with the. ratchet 11 of wheel 2. They are arranged in such a way that they are alternately engaged, the release of one producing, since they are both integral with of journal 12, engagement the other.
When the wheel 2 rotates in the direction of arrow 15 (fig. 1), that is to say when the mass, driving this wheel 'through the intermediary of the return 7, turns in the same direction, the ratchet 11, engaged with the pawl 1.1, drags the plate -1 clans the direction of arrow 15; the ratchet lfl, having disengaged from the pawl 13, turns freely in the opposite direction.
When the mass turns in the opposite direction to that (the arrow 15, it is the wheel 1 that turns in the direction of this arrow. The ratchet 11, integral with the wheel ', then turns counterclockwise and the back of its next tooth pushes the beak of the pawl 11 outwards by acting on its inclined surface 1-1 (r, which produces the enp, @ aa-emen: t. du ratchet 13 with ratchet 1t1;
the latter then drives the plate 1 in the direction of the arrow 1: 5; when the ratchet 16 changes direction, it in turn will act on the surface 13a. to separate from the pawl 13 and. engage pawl 1-1 again. We can therefore see that the plate always turns in the same direction, whatever. the direction of rotation of the mass 6. The pinion 3, integral with the plate 1, belongs to the winding train which drives the barrel 18 by means of the mobiles 19-2fl and 21-22.
In the embodiment of, fig, 1 and 5, the driving wheels are designated by 23 and 2-1. Wheel 24 is. integral with a ratchet 5, while the wheel 3 has internal teeth 23cr located in the plane of the ratchet. 25. Between these wheels is. arranged the driven plate 26 on a drop 26a which is articulated a pawl 27 terminated by a double spout.
The latter presents two planes of impulse \? '8 and 2'9 cooperating. respectively with the teeth 23a and the ratchet?! 5. The pawl 27 is. alternately engaged with the 23u toothing or with the ratchet.
2'5. The faces 30 of the teeth of the teeth 23 (t., With which the impulse surface 28 of the pawl cooperates, are tangential to the circle 31 having as its center the center of the drop 26a, which allows easy release of the pawl. when, pushed back by the action of the next tooth of the set of teeth '23a on its inclined surface 28c, it leaves the set of teeth' 23a;
similarly, toothing 25 will act on surface 29r of the pawl. This device operates in a similar way to the previous one.
It should be noted that the devices de ered do not require any spring and that the connecting pieces (pawls 13 and 1-1 in the first embodiment and pawl 27 in the second) do not move until (the changes direction of rotation of the retnonta e mass, but do not perform a continual back-and-forth movement.
