Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution de l'ap pareil selon l'invention appliqué à un article pour fumeur.
La fig. 1 est. une vue en élévation, ,en coupe, de la première forme d'exécution, et la fig. 2 est une vue en perspective de la deuxième forme d'exécution.
L'appareil représenté à la fig. 1 comprend un boîtier 1 en forme de sphère, par exemple, un globe terrestre, dont un hémisphère cons titue un couvercle 2 articulé en 3 sur l'autre hémisphère fixe 4. Le globe est monté sur un socle :5 à l'intérieur duquel est, disposé un mouvement, à musique 6.

Des trous 15 sont ménagés à la péri phérie du plateau 11 pour recevoir les ciga rettes 8.
Un mécanisme est prévu pour le dé clenchement du mouvement à musique 6 et comprend un bouton poussoir 16 coopérant avec le couvercle 2 comme il sera décrit plus loin. Ce bouton 16 est. constitué par l'extré mité recourbée d'une tige métallique 17 arti culée en 18 et sollicitée par un ressort 19, l'autre extrémité de la tige 17 coopérant avec. le régulateur 20 du mouvement à musique 6.
Le fonctionnement de l'appareil décrit est le suivant: Lorsque le couvercle 2 est fermé comme représenté au dessin en trait plein, le bouton poussoir 16 (qui traverse une fente ménagée dans le bord du plateau 11) est poussé vers l'intérieur du globe par le couvercle 2 et l'extrémité de la tige 17 bloque le régulateur 20. En ouvrant le couvercle 2 dans la posi tion représentée en traits mixtes, le bouton poussoir est déplacé vers l'extérieur sous l'action de son ressort 19 et l'extrémité de la tige 17 libère le régulateur 20. Le mouve ment à musique 6 marche et la palette 9', dans son mouvement alternatif ascendant et descendant, entraîne la. tige 9 avec la plaque 14.
La tige 13 suit le mouvement de la plaque 14 et le communique à la figurine 10. Les pieds de la. figurine (dont, les jambes sont suspendues librement au corps non repré senté) viennent alors en contact avec le pla- teau 11 à chaque mouvement descendant de la tige 13 et provoquent une rotation de la figurine soit d'un côté, soit de l'autre.
On pourrait prévoir un autre mécanisme d'actionnement de la figurine, par exemple, une transmission par bielle et manivelle à partir du mouvement à musique pour faire exécuter à la figurine la danse dite gigue . Comme dans la forme d'exécution précé dente, une figurine 26 est disposée à l'inté rieur du boîtier 21 et est actionnée à partir d'un mouvement à musique 27 disposé dans le socle 28 de l'appareil. Le mécanisme d'en traînement de la figurine 26 est le même que celui décrit précédemment et les moyens non représentés mettent en marche le mouvement. à musique 27 au moment où l'on ouvre les battants 23 et 24.
Le boîtier de l'appareil décrit pourrait avoir toute autre forme désirée, notamment celle d'une cloche dont le dessus s'ouvrirait pour faire apparaître la figurine et. les articles à présenter.
On pourrait également prévoir un méca nisme de commande à bouton pour l'actionne- ment du support d'articles simultanément avec l'ouverture du couvercle ou de la porte du boîtier de l'appareil. A cet effet, une tringlerie serait montée entre l'organe ouvrable et ledit support de telle façon qu'en ouvrant le couvercle ou la porte, le sup port soit, par exemple, déplacé hors de la partie fixe dans laquelle il se trouve lorsque le boîtier est fermé.
Des moyens d'éclairage de la. figurine pourraient, en outre, être agencés de telle ma nière dans le boîtier, qu'ils soient actionnés lors de l'ouverture du couvercle ou de la porte.
