Etui <B>à</B> cigarettes. lia présente invention a pour objet un étui<B>à</B> cigarettes, caractérisé en ce qu'il com prend un mouvement<B>à</B> musique disposé<B>à</B> l'une des extrémités de l'étui. Cet étui est de préférence du type comprenant -Lm boîtier et un couvercle s'emboîtant l'un dans l'autre, en cuir ou en matière plastique transparente ou non.
Le dessin annexé représente,<B>à</B> titre d'exemples, deux formes d'exécution de l'étui <B>à</B> cigarettes faisant l'objet de la présente invention.
La fig. <B>1</B> est une coupe de la première forme d'exécution, dans la position fermée<B>de</B> l'étui.
La fig. 2 est une vue partielle, semblable <B>à</B> la fig. <B>1,</B> dans la position ouverte de l'étui, et la fig. <B>3</B> est une coupe de la deuxième forme d'exécution, dans la position ouverte de l'étui. L'étui<B>à</B> cigarettes représenté comprend un boîtier<B>1</B> et un couvercle 2 s'emboîtant l'un dans l'a-Litre, ces deux parties pouvant être en cuir ou en matière plastique synthétique trans parente ou non, par exemple plexiglas. Un mouvement<B>à</B> musique, désigné d'une façon générale en<B>3,</B> est disposé dans le couvercle 2 avec son remontoir 4 faisant saillie<B>à</B> l'exté rieur<B>du</B> fond du couvercle.
Au lieu d'être comme représenté, le remontoir pourrait être constitué par un bouton moleté ou par tout autre organe de faible encombrement.
Le mouvement<B>à</B> musique<B>3</B> comprend des moyens pour commander automatiquement sa mise en marche lors de l'ouverture du cou- vercle 2 et pour l'arrêter lors de, la fermeture dudit couvercle. Ces moyens comprennent un levier<B>5</B> articuM en<B>6</B> autour d'un axe sup porté par une partie fixe dudit mouvement et dont une extrémité coopère avec le bord du boîtier<B>1,</B> l'autre extrémité de ce levier s'éten dant, lorsque l'étui est fermé, dans l'espace occupé par le régulateur<B>7,</B> comme représenté <B>à</B> la fi-.<B>1.</B> Un ressort<B>8</B> est disposé entre le socle du mouvement<B>à</B> musique<B>3</B> et le levier<B>5,</B> de façon<B>à</B> écarter normalement ce levier hors de l'espace occupé par le régulateur,
comme représenté<B>à</B> la fig. 2.
Le fonctionnement de la<B>f</B> orme d'exécution décrite est le suivant: Lorsque l'étui est fermé, c'est-à-dire que le couvercle 2 est enfoncé sur le boîtier 1, comme représenté<B>à</B> la fig. <B>1,</B> le bras commandé du levier<B>5</B> est poussé par le bord intérieur dudit boîtier<B>1,</B> de manière<B>à</B> faire pivoter ledit levier autour de son axe et<B>à</B> amener son autre extrémité dans l'espace occupé par le ré.-ula- teur. Lorsque l'étui est ouvert, par exemple pour offrir une cigarette, en retirant le cou vercle 2 du boîtier<B>1,

Dans la forme d'exécution représentée<B>à</B> la fig. <B>3,</B> le mouvement<B>à</B> nitisique <B>3</B> est dis posé dans le fond du boîtier<B>1</B> au lie-Li d'être disposé dans le couvercle, comme décrit prêcé- demment. Lorsque le couvercle 2 est retiré du boîtier<B>1,</B> le fond du paquet de cigarettes se soulève sous l'action dun ressort non représenté et le levier<B>5</B> se déplace, solli cité par un ressort<B>8,</B> dans la position repré sentée en traits pleins et libère le régulateur, permettant ainsi au mouvement<B>à</B> musique<B>3</B> de fonctionner.
Au lieu de faire saillie sur le fond du couvercle, respectivement du boîtier, le remon toir 4 pourrait être disposé latéralement et, faire saillie sur un des côtés de l'étui.
Dans une variante, le mouvement<B>à</B> musique pourrait être logé dans un double fond du boîtier ou du couvercle, des moyens étant prévus pour sa mise en marche et son arrêt automatiques en fonction de PoLivertare ou de la fermeture de l'étui, comme décrit précédemment.
