Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 278945. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines substantiven Farbstoffes der Phthaloeyaninreihe. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines substantiven Farbstoffes der Phthalocyaninreihe. Das Ver fahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf Kupferphthalocyanindisulfonsäure, er hältlich dureh Sulfonieren von Kupferphthalo- cvanin mit Oleum bei 70 bis 75 ,
in einer Aluminiumchlorid-Schmelze ein chlorierendes Mittel bei höherer Temperatur in solcher Menge einwirken lässt, dass 6 bis 7 Atome Chlor in das 1Tolekül eintreten. Zweckmässig verwendet man als chlorierendes Mittel gasförmiges Chlor und führt die Chlorierung bei 140 bis 190 durch.
Das erhaltene neue Farbstoffgemisch von Hexachlor- und Heptachlor-kupferphthalo- eyanindisulfonsäure ist alkalilöslicb und färbt Baumwolle in leuchtend blaugrünen Tönen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> In eine Schmelze von 400 Teilen Alumi niumchlorid und 31 Teilen Triä.thylamin wer den 70 Teile Kupferphthalocyanin-disu@fon- säure, erhalten durch Sulfonieren von Kupfer- phthalocyanin mit. Oleum bei 70 bis 75 , ein getragen und während 6 Stunden bei 140 bis 145 etwa 200 Teile Chlor eingeleitet. Die Schmelze wird dann in eine verdünnte Salz säurelösung aus 1200 Teilen Wasser und 300 Teilen konzentrierter Salzsäure gegossen. Der abgeschiedene Farbstoff wird filtriert, mit verdünnter Salzsäure gewaschen und getrock net.
Es werden so 73,7 Teile Farbstoff iso liert, bestehend nach der Analyse aus einem Gemisch von Hexachlor- und Heptachlor-kup- ferphthalocyanindisulfonsäure. Dieser Farb stoff ist alkalilöslieh und färbt Baumwolle in leuchtend blaugrünen Tönen.

In an aluminum chloride melt, a chlorinating agent can act at a higher temperature in such an amount that 6 to 7 atoms of chlorine enter the 1 molecule. It is expedient to use gaseous chlorine as the chlorinating agent and to carry out the chlorination at 140 to 190.
The resulting new dye mixture of hexachloro- and heptachloro-copper phthalo- eyanine disulfonic acid is alkali-soluble and dyes cotton in bright blue-green tones.
<I> Example: </I> In a melt of 400 parts of aluminum chloride and 31 parts of triethylamine, 70 parts of copper phthalocyanine disulfonic acid, obtained by sulfonating copper phthalocyanine, are added. Oleum at 70 to 75, a worn and initiated over 6 hours at 140 to 145 about 200 parts of chlorine. The melt is then poured into a dilute hydrochloric acid solution of 1200 parts of water and 300 parts of concentrated hydrochloric acid. The deposited dye is filtered, washed with dilute hydrochloric acid and net getrock.
In this way, 73.7 parts of dye are isolated, which, according to analysis, consists of a mixture of hexachloro- and heptachloro-copper phthalocyanine disulfonic acid. This dye is alkali-soluble and dyes cotton in bright blue-green tones.
