Pumpe.
Pump. The invention relates to a pump and consists in that pump parts made of plastic are provided, which are composed of elements that are permanently connected to one another, of pipe, rod or plate form in any combination. The subject of the invention is also a method for producing such pumps.
According to the inventive method, pump parts are made from sections of pipe, rod or plate material which are unreleasably combined with one another.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the pump according to the invention is shown cally; on the basis of the same, the manufacturing process is also explained, for example.
The pump is clamped between the flange a of the drive motor b and the ring c connected to the former by screws. The assembled pump parts are: the impeller d with the hub f surrounding the steel shaft e, the housing g with the discharge nozzle h, the cover i with the suction nozzle k, the cap m.
The impeller d is made up of the following elements: the rear wall 1, which is made from a plate and on which the blades 2 and the rear blades 3 are placed. are. The blades 2 and 3 can either be made from straight or curved plate parts, or the back blades 3 can also be milled out of the plate 1, for example. The hub f is made up of a rod 4 which is provided with a bore 5 for the shaft e.
Both the impeller d and the sealing ring 6 and the splash ring composed of a tubular element 7 and a plate-shaped element 8 are fastened on the rod 4.
The housing g is composed of the tubular elements 9 and 10 and the plate element 11 with the connecting piece 12 made of a tubular element into which the sealing sleeve 13 is inserted.
The pressure connection h fastened to the pump housing g consists of a tubular element 14 and a plate-shaped element, the flange 15.
The cover i has plate-shaped elements 16 and 18, connected by the tubular element 17. The suction connection k is inserted in the cover i and consists of the tubular element 19 and the plate-shaped element, the flange 20. The cap m, the encloses the splash ring, consists of the tubular elements 21 and 22 and the plate-shaped elements 23 and 24.
The plastic that is used for the pump parts is synthetic resin or a metallic or non-metallic plastic made by sintering. The elements can be separated from tube, rod or plate material, such as can be obtained from retailers, which means that production is cheaper even for smaller series and machining can be saved.
The permanent connection of these elements can be achieved by welding, soldering, cementing or the like.
The design of building pump parts out of elements instead of working them out of the solid material or pressing them into molds has the main advantage that, in particular, two synthetic resin materials warp the parts as a result of subsequent work on:
Material. is avoided, so that the game for the rotating parts in the housing can be selected from the outset to be small and thus the risk of silting up the pump is significantly reduced.
The parts of the pump, which are made according to the invention, can either be made of red or plate-shaped or of tubular and rod-shaped or finally of rod-shaped and plate-shaped as well as some other combination of red, rod and plate-shaped elements together be set.
Only one of these combinations or several combinations can be present on a pump at the same time. Without adversely affecting the invention, however, pump parts made of plastic can also be present which are not composed of elements. Tubular and plate-shaped elements can also be ring-shaped.
The pipe and rod material can have any cross-section, so that an angular cross-section can also be considered in addition to a round one.
