Description
Rail vehicle underframe with electric motor with nose suspension. The invention relates to a Schie nenfahrzeuguntergestell with electric motor with nose suspension and with support on paw bearings, z. B. directly on the drive axle or on a rotatable, the large gear wheel of the drive carrying hollow shaft, which is penetrated by the drive axle and verbun on all sides movable with the drive wheel set.
The invention consists in that the motor housing is additionally suspended on the side of the drive axle opposite the nose suspension on the frame by means of an adjustable, resilient support device. In this way, the pressure of the fact zenlager on the axle in the case of support from the drive axle is reduced and in the case of the aforementioned arrangement of a hollow shaft, the resilient connection of the hollow shaft with the drive wheel set is relieved and its installation in the wheel set is also facilitated.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention is shown with an arrangement of a hollow shaft, namely: Fig. 1 shows the section through the wheel set with hollow shaft in the longitudinal direction of the driving tool, Fig. 2 is a side view in section along the line II-II of Fig. 1.
The electric motor 1 is attached to a transverse reinforcement 4 of the frame by means of its nose 2 via elastic intermediate layers 3. of the rail vehicle or bogie. It is also based on the paws bearing 6 on the hollow shaft 7, which in turn is connected to the drive wheels 9 via elastic intermediate layers 8. The intermediate layers 8 sit in cylindrical cups 5 provided on the drive wheels and on the hollow shaft.
This connection has part of the engine weight and the> torque of the engine is resiliently transmitted to the drive gear set 9, 10. The motor housing is provided with an extension 12 which is suspended from the support 15 of the frame 16 by means of springs 13 and rod 14. By means of the nuts 17, the height of this arm and the size of the load, which the Fe countries 13 and the intermediate layers 8 take up, adjustable, whereby the assembly of the whole arrangement is facilitated. The hollow shaft is driven by a pinion (not shown) on the motor shaft via the gear 18 fixed on the hollow shaft.
As already mentioned at the beginning, with the arrangement according to the invention, the motor can also: support itself directly with its paws on the drive shaft: 10, which is not shown in the drawing.
