Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoifes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem neuen Azofarbstoff gelangt, wenn man den 1Vlonoazofarbstoff, der erhältlich ist durch Vereinigen der Diazoverbindung der 1-Oxy- 2-amino-4-chlorbenzol-6-sulfonsäure mit 2- Oxynaphthalin.-4-sulfonsäure, in wässeriger Lösung mit Cyannatrium bei erhöhter Tem peratur umsetzt.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein schwarzes Pulver. Er färbt Wolle aus sau rem Bade in Bordeaux-Tönen. Durch Nach chromierung erhält man ein reines, farbstarkes Blau von sehr guten Echtheitseigenschaften. <I>Beispiel:</I> 458 Teile des Farbstoffes aus diazotierter 1- Oxy - 2 -amino - 4 - chlorbenzol-6-sulfönsäure mit 2-Oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure werden in der 10fachen Menge Wasser angerührt.
Dazu gibt man 55 Teile Cyannatrium in wenig Wasser gelöst. Innert 4 Stunden erwärmt man auf 80 bis 90 und rührt 12 Stunden bei dieser Temperatur. Nach dem Abkühlen wird der Farbstoff mit Natriumchlorid ausge- salzen, abgenutscht und getrocknet.

After chroming, a pure, deeply colored blue with very good fastness properties is obtained. <I> Example: </I> 458 parts of the dye from diazotized 1-oxy-2-amino-4-chlorobenzene-6-sulfonic acid with 2-oxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid are mixed in 10 times the amount of water.
To this are added 55 parts of sodium cyanide dissolved in a little water. The mixture is heated to 80 to 90 within 4 hours and stirred for 12 hours at this temperature. After cooling, the dye is salted out with sodium chloride, suction filtered and dried.
