Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Monoazofarbstoffes. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Mono azofarbstoffes und ist dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man diazotierte 4-Amino-6-chlorsali- cylsäure mit 2-Naphthol-4-sulfonsäure ver einigt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 18,8 Teile 4-Amine-6-chlorsa-licylsäure werden in 80 Teilen Wasser und 17,5 Teilen ä0 Jiger Salzsäure suspendiert und bei 0 bis 2 C auf bekannte Art mit 6,9 Teilen Na triumnitrit diazotiert. Der erhaltenen .Sus pension der Diazoverbindung werden 2-4,6 Teile 2-naphthol-4-sulfonsaures Natrium zu gefügt. Die Kupplung erfolgt durch allmäh liche Neutralisation der sauren Reaktion bei 0-5 und längeres Rühren bis zum Ver- schwinden der Diazoverbindung. Der Farb stoff wird nun in üblicher Weise isoliert und getrocknet.
Er färbt Wolle nachchromiert in braunen Tönen und ergibt im Chromdruck ausgesprochen braune, schnell fixierende, sehr gut seifen- und chlorechte Drucke.
