Boîte de montre étanche. L'objet de l'invention est une boîte de montre étanche.
L'invention est applicable non :seulement aux boîtes rondes, mais aussi aux boîtes. de forme, par exemple aux boîtes rectangulaires à coins. arrondis;
elle a principalement pour but. d'éviter autant que possible l'emploi de garnitures d'étanchéité compressibles qui, par l'usage, sont usez vite -détériorées et de viennent :ainsi inopérantes. 1l. est. toutefois entendu que 1'utilisation de telles garnitures n'est pas exclu lors -de la réalisation de l'as- semblage.
Selon l'invention, l'un des éléments de la boîte de montre comporte au moins un déga gement présentant une surfaced'ajustement inclinée, par exemple une surface d'ajuste ment conique, tandis qu'un élément est em boîté dans ledit dégagement par une partie présentant une surface d'ajustement corres pondante, l'a=ssemblage de ces deux éléments étant assuré par serrage, au moyen d'un troisième élément, de la boîte,
par exemple à l'aide d'une lunette et du fond de la boîte. Le dessin -annexé montre, à titre d'exem ples, deux formes. d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention appliquées à des boîtes de montres rondes.
La fig. 1 représente, en! coupe, une boîte selon une première forme d'exécution, tandis que la fig. 2 représente, en coupe, une boîte montrant deux assemblages selon des va riantes d,'exécution.
La boîte selon la, fig. 1 comprend une carrure-calotte 3,, une lunette 4 ,et. une glace 5 à talon, en matière incassable. Dans la carrure'calotte est emboîté .et fixé le mouve ment de montre 6.
L'ouverture -de la carrure-calotte présente un dégagement circulaire 3' formant une sur face d'ajustement conique 7. Dans ce dégage ment 3' est emboîtée, par son talon 5', la glace 5. Le talon çirculaire 5' présente égale ment une surface d'ajustement conique, cor respondant à la surface d'ajustement conique 7.
La luneMe 4 est accrochée à un cran 8 de la carrure-calotte 31 et porte sur un :épau- lement 9 de la glace 5, de manière qu'elle exerce une pression sur le talon 5 de la glace et assure ainsi 1e serrage des surfaces join tives d'ajustement conique. Ce joint d'assem blage est étanche et imperméable à la pous sière.
La. boîte pourrait être complétée par au moins une rondelle d'étanchéité compressible insérée dans le joint d'assemblage de la boîte.
La boîte selon la fig. 2 est. plus com- plexe que celle représentée en fig. 1, car elle comprend une carrure 10, un fond 11, une lunette 12, une glace 13 à talion et une cu vette 14, cette dernière peut être faite en métal ou, de préférence, en matière transpa rente incassable, comme 1@a glace 13.
Le fond 11 et la lunette 12 sont accro chés chacun à un cran de la carrure. La car- rure 10 possède de chaque côté un dégage ment circulaire 15, respectivement 16, dont chacun présente une surface d'ajustement Co nique 17, respectivement 1.8.
Dans le premier de ces dégagements est ajustée, par une surface d'ajustement à cône correspondante, la glace 13 maintenue par serrage, au moyen de la lunette 12 portant sur un épaulement formé par le talon 19 de la glace.
La cuvette 14 est ajustée de son côté, par une surface d'ajustement conique, dans le dégagement 18 de la carrure et y est main tenue, par serrage, appuyée contre la sur face d'ajustement conique de la. carrure, au moyen du fond 11 exerçant une pression sur le dos de 1a cuvette.
Dans les boîtes de forme, les éléments assemblés (carrure, glace ou cuvette) sont muni,, de surfaces d'ajustement inclinées constituées, par exemple, par des biseaux ou chanfreins de ces éléments.

According to the invention, one of the elements of the watch case comprises at least one recess having an inclined adjustment surface, for example a conical adjustment surface, while an element is fitted into said recess by a part having a corresponding adjustment surface, the assembly of these two elements being ensured by tightening, by means of a third element, of the box,
for example using a bezel and the bottom of the box. The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, two shapes. execution of the object of the invention applied to round watch cases.
Fig. 1 represents, in! section, a box according to a first embodiment, while FIG. 2 represents, in section, a box showing two assemblies according to variants of execution.
The box according to, fig. 1 comprises a middle-cap 3 ,, a bezel 4, and. a 5 heel mirror, made of unbreakable material. In the middle case, the watch movement is fitted and fixed 6.
The opening -of the middle-cap has a circular clearance 3 'forming a conical adjustment surface 7. In this clearance 3' is fitted, by its heel 5 ', the crystal 5. The circular heel 5' has also a tapered adjustment surface, corresponding to the tapered adjustment surface 7.
The moon 4 is hooked to a notch 8 of the caseband 31 and bears on a shoulder 9 of the crystal 5, so that it exerts pressure on the heel 5 of the crystal and thus ensures the tightening of the contiguous tapered fit surfaces. This assembly gasket is waterproof and impermeable to dust.
The box could be supplemented by at least one compressible sealing washer inserted into the assembly gasket of the box.
The box according to fig. 2 is. more complex than that shown in fig. 1, because it comprises a caseband 10, a back 11, a bezel 12, a talion crystal 13 and a cup 14, the latter can be made of metal or, preferably, of unbreakable transparent material, such as 1 @ a ice cream 13.
The back 11 and the bezel 12 are each hooked to a notch of the caseband. The square 10 has on each side a circular clearance 15, respectively 16, each of which has an adjustment surface Co nique 17, respectively 1.8.
In the first of these clearances is adjusted, by a corresponding cone adjustment surface, the crystal 13 held by clamping, by means of the bezel 12 bearing on a shoulder formed by the heel 19 of the crystal.
The cup 14 is adjusted on its side, by a conical adjustment surface, in the clearance 18 of the middle part and is held there by clamping, pressed against the conical adjustment surface of the. caseband, by means of the back 11 exerting pressure on the back of the cup.
In shaped boxes, the assembled elements (caseband, mirror or cup) are provided with inclined adjustment surfaces formed, for example, by bevels or chamfers of these elements.
