Boite de montre étanche. L'objet de la présente invention est une boîte de montre étanche, caractérisée par une glace figée à cran à la lunette et serrée en outre jointivement entre cette dernière et une autre pièce.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemples, cinq formes d'exécution de la boîte faisant l'objet de la présente invention.
Les fig. 1 à 5 sont chacune une coupe axiale partielle de l'une de ces formes @d'egé- cution.
La boîte de montre représentée dans la fi g. 1 comporte une carrure 1, un cercle d'em boîtage 2, vissé dans la carrure et dépassant celle-ci à sa partie supérieure, une lunette 3 à filetage intérieur, une glace 4 et un réhaut 5. La glace 4 présente un cran 6 au moyen duquel elle est figée, depuis l'intérieur, à la lunette 3 ; elle présente en outre unie bride 7 parallèle au plan du mouvement qui vient s'appliquer, lorsque la glace est fixée à cran, contre la surface intérieure de .la lunette.
Le réhaut 5 possède un filetage extérieur qui permet de le visser dans la lunette et de ser rer la bride 7 de la glace contre la surface intérieure de la lunette. La glace peut être. en résine synthétique ou en verre ordinaire; dans ce cas, il est avantageux de disposer un paquetage compressible entre la bride 7 et le réhaut 5.
Dans l'exemple de la fig. 2, le cercle d'em boîtage est supprimé. La lunette 3 à filetage intérieur se visse directement sur la carrure 1 et porte, fixée à cran, la glace 4 avec sa bride 7. Le rehaut 5 repose en partie sur le cadran 8, et en partie, par une surface coni que 9, sur une surface conique correspondante par laquelle se termine le court manchon fileté 10 de la carrure 1 sur laquelle sue visse la lunette 3.
En. vissant la lunette à fond, on presse la bride 7 de la glace entre le réhaut et la surface intérieure de la lunette.
Dans l'exemple de la fig. 3, la glace 4 avec sa bride 7 est figée à cran dans une lunette-carrure 11 à filetage intérieur. Un cercle d'emboîtage 2 se visse dans la lunette- carrure 11 et vient presser contre la bride 7 de la glace le réhaut 5 qui repose en partie sur le bord plan du cercle 2 et sur le -cadran 8.
L'exemple de la fig. 4 est semblable à celui de la fig. 2 en ce qui concerne la car rure 1 et le réhaut 5 qui coopèrent par une surface conique 9. Mais la lunette 12 n'est pas vissée directement sur la carrure, mais serrée contre celle-ci par une bague filetée 13 dont le rebord 14 s'appuie sur un épaulement 15 de la lunette.
Pour faciliter le taraudage de la lunette 3, on pourrait faire cette dernière en deux pièces, par exemple comme indiqué en poin tillé en 23 dans la fig. 2, avec un joint coni que entre les, deux pièces.
Dans l'exemple de la fig. 5, la glace 4 est fixée par son bord dans le cran 6 que présente la lunette; elle est en outre serrée jointive- ment entre le bord de cette lunette et la pièce 5 sur laquelle agit le cercle d'emboîtage fileté 2.
Waterproof watch case. The object of the present invention is a waterproof watch case, characterized by a crystal fixed notch to the bezel and also clamped contiguously between the latter and another part.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of examples, five embodiments of the box forming the subject of the present invention.
Figs. 1 to 5 are each a partial axial section of one of these embodiments.
The watch case shown in fi g. 1 comprises a caseband 1, a casing ring 2, screwed into the caseband and protruding from it at its upper part, a bezel 3 with internal thread, a crystal 4 and a flange 5. The crystal 4 has a notch 6 by means of which it is fixed, from the inside, to the bezel 3; it also has a united flange 7 parallel to the plane of the movement which is applied, when the crystal is notched, against the inner surface of the bezel.
The flange 5 has an external thread which makes it possible to screw it into the bezel and to tighten the flange 7 of the crystal against the inner surface of the bezel. Ice can be. synthetic resin or ordinary glass; in this case, it is advantageous to have a compressible package between the flange 7 and the flange 5.
In the example of FIG. 2, the packing circle is removed. The bezel 3 with internal thread is screwed directly onto the caseband 1 and carries, fixed to the notch, the crystal 4 with its flange 7. The flange 5 rests partly on the dial 8, and partly, by a conical surface 9, on a corresponding conical surface by which the short threaded sleeve 10 of the middle part 1 ends, onto which the bezel 3 is screwed.
In. screwing the bezel fully down, the flange 7 of the crystal is pressed between the flange and the inner surface of the bezel.
In the example of FIG. 3, the crystal 4 with its flange 7 is fixed in a notch in a bezel 11 with internal thread. A casing ring 2 is screwed into the bezel-middle 11 and presses against the flange 7 of the crystal the flange 5 which rests in part on the plane edge of the ring 2 and on the -dial 8.
The example of fig. 4 is similar to that of FIG. 2 as regards the case 1 and the flange 5 which cooperate by a conical surface 9. But the bezel 12 is not screwed directly onto the caseband, but clamped against the latter by a threaded ring 13 whose rim 14 rests on a shoulder 15 of the bezel.
To facilitate the tapping of the bezel 3, the latter could be made in two pieces, for example as indicated by punched at 23 in FIG. 2, with a conical joint between the two parts.
In the example of FIG. 5, the crystal 4 is fixed by its edge in the notch 6 presented by the bezel; it is also clamped contiguously between the edge of this bezel and the part 5 on which the threaded fitting ring 2 acts.
