Description
Kondensator für Absorptionskälteapparate. Bei Absorptionskälteapparaten, nament lich bei Trockenapparaten, hat man bisher mit Luft abgekühlt, indem -man den Konden sator dem natürlichen Luftzug aussetzte. Nun hat es sich aber gezeigt, dass solche Appa rate, die in warmen Lokalen aufgestellt sind, wie Bäckereien, Küchen etc., in der Abküh lung des Kondensators ungenügend sind und infolgedessen die Verflüssigung des Kühl mediums durch die mangelhafte Abkühlung des Kondensators ungenügend war.
Zweck vorliegender Erfindung ist, diese Nachteile in wirksamer Weise dadurch zu beheben, dass in einem mit Kühlflüssigkeit gefüllten Behälter mit Rippen versehene doppelwandige Kondensatorrohre vorgesehen sind, bei welchen das zu kühlende Medium in den doppelten Wandungen zirkuliert.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfin dungsgegenstandes schematisch dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig 1 einen Querschnitt durch das Kühl.- P <B><I>09</I></B> fäss mit drei Kondensatorrohren ; Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt durch einen Teil des Gefässes und durch ein Kondensatorrohr.
In einem Gefäss 1, das mit Wasser ge füllt ist, sind drei doppelwandige Kondensator rohre 2 eingebaut, die mit als Scheiben aus gebildeten Rippen 4, die auf die Aussenwan dung der Rohre aufgesetzt sind, versehen sind. Die die Innenwand bildenden Rohre 3 sind beiderends offen. Das Kühlwasser hat Zutritt zur Aussenwand und Innenwand des Rohres 2, während das abzukühlende Medium in verhältnismässig dünner Schicht zwischen den doppelten Wandungen zirkuliert. Die Wärmeaustauschflächen sind gross.
Das Wasserbad führt die Wärme des Mediums sehr rasch ab, welche es während der Heizperiode des Kochers erhält. Die Ver flüssigung des Kältemediums wird dadurch beschleunigt.
Der Behälter 1 kann an eine Wasserlei tung angeschlossen sein. Es kann aber auch ohne Zu- und Abflussleitungen hergestellt werden, in welchem Falle das verdunstete Wasser nachgefüllt werden kann.

The purpose of the present invention is to effectively remedy these disadvantages by providing double-walled condenser tubes provided with ribs in a container filled with cooling liquid, in which the medium to be cooled circulates in the double walls.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically, namely: FIG. 1 shows a cross section through the cooling tank with three condenser tubes; Fig. 2 is a section through part of the vessel and through a condenser tube.
In a vessel 1, which is filled with water, three double-walled condenser tubes 2 are installed, which are provided with ribs 4 formed as disks, which are placed on the outer wall of the tubes. The tubes 3 forming the inner wall are open at both ends. The cooling water has access to the outer wall and inner wall of the pipe 2, while the medium to be cooled circulates in a relatively thin layer between the double walls. The heat exchange surfaces are large.
The water bath dissipates the heat from the medium very quickly, which it receives during the heating period of the stove. The liquefaction of the cooling medium is accelerated.
The container 1 can be connected to a water line device. However, it can also be produced without inflow and outflow lines, in which case the evaporated water can be refilled.
