Description
Internally heated steam pipes or radiators from boiler pans with divided heating surface for evaporation of sodium chloride solutions and evaporation of water in salt works Internally heated steam pipes in horizontal and vertical position Execution are used as heating elements in evaporators for evaporating salt, sugar, Color solutions and solutions of other substances and continue to evaporate water only used, which are heated with high or low tension steam so that the vapor produced by evaporation of the solutions and evaporation of water is either directed to the open air, such as B. with open vessels in boiling vessels, or as heating steam from closed vessels in further downstream - # 'evaporation devices comes to the exploitation. Vacuum evaporators in preheaters are also common preheated hot solutions or water at a much lower temperature than the boiling point at i ata with cooling so evaporate in a standing liquid bath fine-grained crystals and, with pump impeller circulation, coarse-grained crystals from the solutions to win. Since vacuum evaporators are generally unheated, find heated ones Steam pipes are not used here. The lying and standing internally heated steam pipes have the common disadvantage of high steam consumption because of the transfer the heat through the wall to the solutions or to the water a complicated and is a path blocked by obstacles. This is how it is laid with horizontally heated steam pipes the condensate converging at the lowest point of the pipe cross-section as a result of its high water level and large water level surface part of the inner heating surface of the pipe and thus complicates the heat exchange in the area of the lower pipe circumference considerable. Even in vertically heated pipes, the compression must go downwards thick water skins of the steam due to trickling condensate are accepted, which oppose the heat transfer resistance. Are also known Heat transfers, in which the heat from the heating gases is initially transmitted through flame tubes is transferred to the solutions and in which now the heated solutions in turn, the received heat via trough-shaped insert containers made of sheet metal to pass on to the same solution in stages with the aim of now through indirect Heating salt incrustations on the inner surfaces of the trough-like containers avoid.
The disadvantage of this heat transfer is that once stone formations are unavoidable on the flame tube with direct heating and, on the other hand, the Sheet metal walls of the trough-shaped insert container with indirect heating an additional one Offer resistance and thus represent an increase in heat transfer.
The object of the invention is to avoid these disadvantages and that dissipate the resulting condensate from the inner surface in such a way that the heat of the steam is not prevented from going over to the pipe.
According to the invention, this is done in such a way that the vapor space is spatially divided and thereby the inner circumference of the pipe or radiator in Partial heating surfaces is dismantled. In this way one achieves that the during cooling down of the steam on the partial heating surfaces of the inner pipe circumference forming condensate skin only forms a very thin film layer, which therefore no longer allows heat transfer is a hindrance.
The expedient execution takes place so that the cross section of heated Pipes and hollow bodies parallel to the longitudinal and flow direction in several heating rooms divided by inserting or welding in straight or trough-shaped dividers is. The dividing plates also serve as drainage plates for the condensate and can be used as an intermediate layer with the upper and lower flange in the case of divided radiators screw and seal both halves of the radiator. Fluorescent iron or weldable Pipes made of material are placed in the joint between the two pipes with the metal dividers welded together. A web provided below the dividing plates is used for Support and also enables the boiler room to be divided into additional individual boiler rooms.
An embodiment of the internally heated steam pipes or radiators according to the invention is shown in the drawing, namely Fig. i shows the Cross-section in plane A-B through the heating pipe and the trough-shaped partition with bar, Fig. 2 the sectional view C-D of Fig. i in the direction of the arrow.
Between two rolled sections or pipe sections i, which are cut open lengthways result in a pipe, as can be seen from Fig. i, three star-like to one Weld joint q. welded together sheets 2, 3 of the corresponding heating pipe or Radiator length with the free ends of the plates 2 forming the trough in common with the upper and lower pipe shell i in the outwardly sloping parting line 5 welded to form a tube. In radiators manufactured in this way, the condensate film the upper part of the heating surface dissolved by the trough plate and dripping liquid in the trough collected in the direction of the sloping heating pipe to the condensation trap to flow away. The condensate of the lower heating surface then runs, collected and promoted due to the adhesive effect on the side surfaces of the bar, also with Slope to the condensate trap.
The internally heated steam pipes or radiators described above with a divided heating surface have the same as the normally manufactured pipes Diameter and the same pipe length with an undivided heating surface the advantage of a larger inner heating surface and therefore transmit larger ones with the same heating steam pressure Amount of heat per square meter of tubular heating surface, which results in a reduction in the Weight and the purchase price per square meter of heating surface. When consumed the same heating steam quantities can be the heating steam pressure due to the greater available lower standing heating surface, which increases the power of the heat engine generator in back pressure operation, because the exploitable heat gradient has increased is. In particular, when easily combustible liquids are evaporated, they will settle as a result of the small temperature difference on the outer tubular heating surface No crust deposits due to the lower heating steam pressure and the larger heating surface more, which is why this influence on the applicability of the vapor compression method is of essential importance because the heating steam pressure and thus the Do not increase the heating steam temperature if the outer tubular heating surfaces are dirty leaves. By using straight or trough-shaped dividers in steam-heated Pipes or radiators, the heat accumulating condensate is immediately drained and thus the heating-up process is significantly shortened.
