Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     Aminoarylsnlfogydes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Aminoaryl-          sulfoxydes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       4,4'-Dichlordiphenylsulfoxyd    mit     Methylamin     umsetzt.  



  Das so erhaltene, bisher noch nicht be  kannte     4,4'-Di-methylaminodiphenylsulfoxyd          kristallisiert    aus     Tolulol    in farblosen Nadeln  vom Schmelzpunkt 149' C; es ist in Alkohol  leicht, in aromatischen     Kohlenwasserstoffen     schwerer löslich und soll als Zwischenprodukt  zur Herstellung von     Farbstoffen    und pharma  zeutischen Produkten     Verwendung        finden.     



       Beispiel:     100 Teile     4,4'-Dichlordiphenylsulfoxyd     werden mit 800 Teilen einer 30      /oigen    wäs  serigen     3lethylaminlösung    unter Zusatz von  etwas Kupfer und     Kupferoxydul    30 Stunden  auf<B>170</B>   C erhitzt. Nach dem Erkalten saugt  man das Reaktionsprodukt ab und wäscht    mit Wasser. Durch Lösen in 3,5     o/oiger        Salz-          säure    und Wiederfällen mit     Natronlauge        wird     es von etwa noch vorhandenem Ausgangs  material     befreit.

       Example: 100 parts of 4,4'-dichlorodiphenylsulfoxide are heated to <B> 170 </B> C for 30 hours with 800 parts of a 30% aqueous 3-methylamine solution with the addition of some copper and copper oxide. After cooling, the reaction product is filtered off with suction and washed with water. It is freed from any starting material that may still be present by dissolving it in 3.5% hydrochloric acid and reprecipitating it with sodium hydroxide solution.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Amino- arylsulfoxydes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 4,4'-Dichlordiphenylsulfoxyd mit Methyl- amin umsetzt. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of an aminoaryl sulfoxide, characterized in that 4,4'-dichlorodiphenyl sulfoxide is reacted with methylamine.
