  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Polyammoniumverbindung.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Poly-          ammoniumverbindung,    dadurch gekennzeich  net, dass man auf etwa 2     Mol        Dimetbyl-          dodecylamin    etwa 1     Mol        a-Dibromhydrin     einwirken lässt. Das so erhältliche N,N'-Tetra       methyl-N,N'-didodecyl-P-oxy-propylendiam-          moniumbromid    zeigt die im Patent     Nr.185608     angegebenen Eigenschaften.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    426 Gewichtsteile     Dimethyldodecylamin     versetzt man mit 218 Gewichtsteilen     ss-Hydro-          oxy-a,r-dibrompropan    und erwärmt zirka  8 Stunden auf     80-900.    Nach dem Erkalten  geht das so erhaltene, zunächst Sirupöse       N,N'-Tetramethyl-N,N'-didodecyl-P-oxy-pro-          pylendiammoniumbromid    in eine gelblich  weisse zähe Masse über, die sich klar in  Wasser löst, Aus Essigester erhält man ein    weisses Kristallmehl von unscharfem Schmelz  punkt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Poly- ammoniumverbindung, dadurch gekennzeich= net, dass man auf etwa 2 Mol Dimethyl- dodecylamin etwa 1 Mol a-Dibromhydrin ein wirken lässt. Das so erhältliche N,N'-Tetramethyl-N,N'- didodecyl-@-oxy-propylendiammoniumbromid erstarrt zu einer gelblich weissen zähen Masse, die sich klar in Wasser löst.
