Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quaternären Anunoniumverbindung eines Bis-aminoalkoxy-alkans. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quaternären Ammonitunverbindung eines Bis-aminoalkoxv- alkans. Das Verfahren ist.
dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man auf ein Mol 1,10-Bis-(ss- brom-äthoxy)-dekan zwei Mol Trimethylamin einwirken lässt.
Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 1,10- Bis- (ss-t.rimethylammonium-äthoxy)-dekan-di- bromidy schmilzt. bei 192 bis 193 . Sie soll therapeutische Verwendung finden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 3,88 Teile 1,10-Bis-(ss=brom-äthoxy)-dekan werden in 12 Teilen absolutem Methanol ge löst, mit 7 Teilen einer benzolischen Trime- thylaminlösung (32 %) versetzt und. im Ein- schmelzrohr 4 Stunden im siedenden Wasser bar erwärmt.
Die Lösung wird mit etwas trockenem Essigester versetzt und bis zur beginnenden Kristallisation eingedampft. Das erhaltene 1,10 - Bis - (ss - ti@imethylammoniiun- äthoxy)-de'kan-di@bromid schmilzt bei 192 bis 193 .
