Description

  

  Verfahren     zur    Herstellung einer     quaternären        Ammoniumverbindung    eines       Bis-aminoalkoxy-alkans.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur     Herstelltmg    einer     quaternären          Ammoniumverbindung    eines     Bis-aminoalkoxy-          alkans.    Das Verfahren ist. dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man auf ein     11o1        1,10-Bis-(f)-          1>yri-olidino-ätlioxyl-dekan    zwei     3-lal    Äthyl  jodid einwirken lässt.  



  Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das     1.,10-          Bis    -     (fl-        N-äthyl-pyrrolidinium-ä.tlioxy)    -     dekan-          dijodid,    schmilzt. bei 79     bis    80 . Sie soll     thera-          peiitisel)u        Verwendung    finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  2,6 Teile des     Hy        drobromids    von     1,10-Bis-          (p    -     pyrrolidino    -     äthoxy)    -     dekan    werden in  wenig warmem Wasser     gelöst        Lind    mit     über-          schüssiger    30     obiger    Natronlauge versetzt.

   Die  ölig ausgeschiedene Base wird in Benzol     auf-          c;enommen,    die     Benzollösung    getrocknet. und  mit 2 Teilen     Äthyljodid    etwa. 14 Stunden  auf 50 bis 60  erwärmt. Nach dem Erkalten    giesst. man die     Benzollösung    vom ölig ausge  schiedenen     quartären    Salz ab, löst in wenig  warmem trockenem Aceton und lässt in der  Kälte kristallisieren. Das     Jodäthylat    fällt  nach einigem Stehen als weisses Pulver aus.  Man saugt ab, wäscht, mit. wenig kaltem  Aceton und mit     abs.    Äther und trocknet bei  :>0 bis 60  im Vakuum.

   Das erhaltene     1,10-          Bis    -     (ss.-N-äthyl-pyrrolidinium-äthoxy)        -dekan-          dijodid    schmilzt bei 79 bis 80 .

The procedure is. characterized by allowing two 3-lal ethyl iodide to act on a 11o1 1,10-bis (f) - 1> yri-olidino-ätlioxyl-decane.



  The new compound obtained, the 1st, 10-bis (fl-N-ethyl-pyrrolidinium-ä.tlioxy) -dekan- diiodide, melts. at 79 to 80. It should be used for therapeutic purposes.



  <I> Example: </I> 2.6 parts of the hydrobromide of 1,10-bis- (p-pyrrolidino-ethoxy) -decane are dissolved in a little warm water and the excess sodium hydroxide solution above is added.

   The oily base which precipitates is taken up in benzene and the benzene solution is dried. and with 2 parts of ethyl iodide about. Heated to 50 to 60 hours for 14 hours. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quater- nären Ammoniumverbindung eines Bis-amino- alkoxy-alkans, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf ein Mol 1,10-Bis-(f3-pyrrolidino- äthoxy)-dekan zwei Mol Äthyljodid einwir ken lässt. Claim: Process for the production of a quaternary ammonium compound of a bis-amino-alkoxy-alkane, characterized in that two moles of ethyl iodide are allowed to act on one mole of 1,10-bis- (f3-pyrrolidinoethoxy) decane.
