  Verfahren     zur    Herstellung     einer        quaternären        Ammoniumverbindung    eines       Bis-aminoalkoxy-alkans.            1;egenstand    vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    einer     quaternären          Ammoniumverbindung    eines     Bis-aminoalkoxy-          alkans.        I)as    Verfahren     ist.    dadurch gekenn  zeichnet,     dali    man auf ein     Mol        1,10-Bis-(;

  )-          diäthylamino-propoxy)-dekan    zwei     Mol    Äthyl.       ;jodid    einwirken lässt.  



  Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 1.,1.0  Bis -     (,-triäthylammonium-pr        opoxy)        -,dekan-di-          jodid,    schmilzt. bei 9(1 bis 91 . Sie soll thera  peutische Verwendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>       '?0    Teile     1,10-Bis-        (,-diäthylamino-propoxy    )  dekan werden mit 80 Teilen     trockenem    Ace  ton und 19 Teilen     :1thyljodid    1 4 Stunden in  einem     Wasserbad    von<B>50</B> bis 60  erwärmt.

Methanol     gereinigt,    indem das Salz in mög  lichst. wenig heissem Methanol gelöst und  darauf so viel heisses     Butanon    zugefügt wird,       da.ss    in der Hitze noch alles gelöst bleibt.  Das     umkristallisierte    Produkt     schmilzt    bei 90  bis 91 .
