Description

  

  Verfahren     zur    Herstellung einer     quaternären        Ammoniumverbindung     eines     Bis-aminoalkoxy-alkans.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     quaternären          Ammoniumverbindung    eines     Bis-aminoalkoxy-          alkans.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man auf ein     Mol        1,11-Bis-[ss-          (butyl-rnethyl-amino)-äthoxy]-undekan    zwei       Mol        Methylbromid    einwirken lässt.  



  Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das 1,11  Bis -     [/3-        (dimethyl-butyl,        ammonium)    -     äthoxy]        -          undekan-dibromid,    schmilzt bei 127-128 .  



  Sie soll therapeutische Verwendung finden.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  20,7 Teile 1,11- Bis -     [ss    -     (butyl    -     methyl-          amino)-äthoxy]-undekan    werden mit 80 Tei  len trockenem Aceton und 12 Teilen     Methyl-          bromid    14 Stunden im     Einschmelzrohr    in  einem Wasserbad von 50-60  erwärmt.

   Nach  Erkalten     wird    abgesaugt und das erhaltene    1.,11<I>- Bis-</I>     [ss    -     (dimethyl    -     butyl    -     ammonium)-          äthoxy]        -undekan-dibromid        gewünschtenfalls     durch     Umkristallisieren    aus     Butanon        -I-    wenig       abs.    Methanol gereinigt, indem das Salz in  möglichst wenig heissem Methanol gelöst und  darauf so viel heisses     Bittanon    zugefügt wird,  dass     in    der Hitze noch alles gelöst bleibt.  



  Das umkristallisierte Produkt schmilzt bei       1.27-128 .    .

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer quater- nären Ammoniumverbindung eines Bis-amino- alkoxy-alkans, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf ein Mol. 1,11-Bis-[ss-(butyl-methyl- i amino) --Lindekan zwei Mol Metliylbro- -äthoxy] mid einwirken lässt.
