Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Stickstoffverbindung. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Stick stoffverbindung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Dimethylaminoessigsäure-2,2',4'-trichlor- phenylätherphenyl-4-amid mit a,p-Chloräthy- lenrhodanid umsetzt. Das Endprodukt, ein helles, in heissem Wasser lösliches Pulver, hat gute fungicide und bactericide Eigen schaften und kann als Desinfektionsmittel verwendet werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 19 Teile Dimethylaminoessigsäure-2,2',4'- trichlor-phenylätherphenyl-4-amid - darge stellt durch Kondensation von 1 Mol. 3,4- Dichlornitrobenzol mit 1,2 Mol. 2,4-Dichlor- phenol bei 130-140' durch Zutropfen. einer 50 %igen Kalilauge innert 2-4 Stunden,
Erhitzen während weiteren 4-5 Stunden auf 150-1.60, Reduktion der erhaltenen Nitro- verbindung in bekannter Weise, Umsetzung des Amins mit Ohlorac;etylchlorid und Er hitzen des Reaktionsproduktes unter gutem Rühren mit 20 0joiger Dimethylaminlösung zuerst 6 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur, dann 12-14 Stunden bei<B>70-800</B> - werden in 50 Teilen Benzol gelöst und mit 6 Teilen a"p-Chloräthylenrhodanid zur Reaktion ge bracht.
Nach 24stündigem Erhitzen unter Rückfluss wird die quaternäre Ammonium verbindung nach Entfernung des Lösungs mittels als helles Pulver erhalten, das in heissem Wasser, insbesondere-bei Zusatz von Alkohol, löslich ist.
