Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Stickstoffverbindung. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Stick stoffverbindung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Dimethylaminoessigsäure-3',4'-dichlor- phenylätherphenyl-4-amid mit a, ss-Chlor- äthylenrhodanid umsetzt. Das Endprodukt, ein helles, in Wasser lösliches Pulver, hat gute fungizide und bakterizide Eigenschaften und kann als Desinfektionsmittel verwendet werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 17 Teile Dimethylaminoessigsäure-3',4'- dichlorphenylätherphenyl-4-amid, dargestellt durch Kondensation von 1 Mol 4-Nitrochlor- benzol mit 1,2 Mol 3,4-Dichlorphenol bei 130-1400 durch Zutropfen einer 50 %igen Kalilauge innert 2-4 Stunden, Erhitzen wäh rend weiteren 4-5 Stunden auf 150-1600, Reduktion der erhaltenen Nitroverbindung in bekannter Weise,
Umsetzung des Amins mit Chloracetylchlorid und Erhitzen des Reaktions produktes unter gutem Rühren mit 20 0%iger Dimethylaminlösung zuerst 6 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur, dann 12-14 Stunden bei 70-80 0, werden in 50 Teilen Benzol gelöst und mit 6 Teilen a, R-Chloräthylen- rhodanid zur Reaktion gebracht. Nach 24- stündigem Erhitzen unter Rückfluss wird mit viel Äther gefällt und zur Reinigung noch mals aus Benzol umgefällt.
Man entfernt die Lösungsmittel im Vakuum bei 40-50' und erhält eine schaumig aufgetriebene Substanz, zerkleinert ein helles Pulver, das in heissem Wasser opaleszierend löslich ist.
