Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines als Netz-, Wasch-,     Emulgier-,        Dispergier-,        Egalisier     und     Weichmactiungsmittel    verwendbaren Produktes.    Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist die  Herstellung eines als Netz-, Wasch-,     Emul-          gier-,        Dispergier-,

      Egalisier- und     Weich-          machungsmittel    geeigneten Produktes durch  Umsetzung eines durch weitgehende Hydro  lyse von Eiweissstoffen erhältlichen Gemi  sches wasserlöslicher     Peptide    mit einer den       ö-lsäurerest    abgebenden     Verbindung.     



  Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist  (ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines als  Netz-, Wasch-,     Emulgier-,        Dispergier-,    Ega  lisier- und     Weichmachungsmittel    verwend  liaren Produktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet,  dass man ein Gemisch wasserlöslicher     Peptide,          erliältlicli    durch weitgehende Hydrolyse von  Eiweissstoffen, mit einer den Rest der     Pal-          @nsäure    abgebenden Verbindung umsetzt.       Diese'        LTmsetzung    erfolgt in einer dem Ver  fahren des Hauptpatentes analogen Weise.

         Das    neue Produkt eignet sich zu den im    Hauptpatent angegebenen Zwecken, insbeson  dere kann es als     Weichmachungsmittel    für  die Behandlung von Kunstseide Verwendung  finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man versetzt eine 40 %     ige    Lösung von  400 g eines technischen     Peptidgemisches    (er-.  halten gemäss dem Beispiel des Hauptpaten  tes) bei 40' C mit 300 g     Palmitinsäurechlo-          rid    und 200 g 20%iger Natronlauge unter  kräftigem Rühren, wobei auf stets alkalische  Reaktion des Gemisches zu achten ist. Nach  Verbrauch des     .Säurechlorids    erhitzt man das  Reaktionsgemisch noch eine Stunde auf etwa  <B>70'</B> C.

   Aus dem Reaktionsgemisch lässt sich  durch     Eindampfen    ein Produkt in Form  einer gelben Paste isolieren, das sich insbe  sondere als     Weichmachungsmittel    eignet und  sich in Wasser leicht zu klaren, gut schäu  menden Lösungen löst.

Das neue Produkt stellt eine gelbe, in Wasser leicht zu klaren, gut schäumenden Lösungen lösliche Paste dar.
