Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     quaternären        aminoäenzylaeylamins.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     quaternären        Aminobenzylacylamines,

       gekennzeichnet durch     Umsetzung    von     Naph-          tensäureamid    mit     p-Dimethylaminobenzyl-          sulfanilsäure    zum     p-Dimethylaminonaphten-          oylbenzylamin    und Umwandlung dieses     Acyl-          amines    mit     Diäthylsulfat    in die entspre  chende     quaternäre    Verbindung.  



  Die neue Verbindung wird als weiche  Masse erhalten, die sich leicht in Wasser löst  und wertvolle     kapillaraktive    Eigenschaften  besitzt. Sie eignet sich insbesondere als  Weichmacher für Baumwolle und umgefällte       Cellulose    und als     Abziehmittel    für     Naphthol-          AS-Färbungen          Beispiel:

       1     Mol.        Naphtensäureamid    und 1,1     Mol.          p-Dimethylaminobenzylsulfanilsäure    werden  in     ammoniakalischer    Lösung 6     Stunden    im       Rührautoklaven    auf<B>150'</B> C erhitzt. Nach  dem Erkalten wird die Reaktionsmasse ab  gesaugt und mit Wasser nachgewaschen.

      Darauf wird das Produkt zur Reinigung in  heissem     Amylalkohol    aufgenommen, das  Wasser. abgetrennt und die     amylalkoholisehe     Lösung vom Ungelösten     abfiltriert.    Nach dein       Abdestillieren    des Lösungsmittels erhält man  das substituierte     Fettsäureamid    als hell  braune wachsartige Masse.  



  Durch zweistündiges     Erwärmen.    mit der  gleichen Gewichtsmenge an     Diäthylsulfat    er  hält man die     quaternäre        Ammoniumverbin-          dung    als weiche Masse, die sich leicht in  Wasser löst und     wertvolle        kapillaraktive    Ei  genschaften besitzt. Sie eignet sieh insbeson  dere als Weichmacher für Baumwolle und  umgefällte     Cellulose    und als     Abziehmittel     für     Naphthol-AS-Färbungen.

       1 mole of naphthenic acid amide and 1.1 mole of p-dimethylaminobenzylsulfanilic acid are heated to 150 ° C. in an ammoniacal solution for 6 hours in a stirred autoclave. After cooling, the reaction mass is sucked off and washed with water.

      The product is then taken up in hot amyl alcohol for cleaning, the water. separated off and the amyl alcoholic solution filtered off from the undissolved material. After distilling off the solvent, the substituted fatty acid amide is obtained as a light brown, waxy mass.



  By heating for two hours. With the same weight of diethyl sulphate, the quaternary ammonium compound is obtained as a soft mass that dissolves easily in water and has valuable capillary-active properties. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines quater- nären Aminobenzylacylamines, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man Naphtensäureamid mit p-Dimethylaminobenzylsulfanilsäure um setzt und das erhaltene p-Dimethylamino- naphtenoylbenzylamin mit Diäthylsulfat in die quaternä.re Verbindung überführt. Die neue Verbindung wird als weiche Masse erhalten, die sich leicht in Wasser löst und wertvolle kapillaraktive Eigenschaften besitzt.
