Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines als Netz-, Wasch-, Emulgier-, Dispergier-, Egalisier- und Weichmachungsmittel verwendbaren Produktes. Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines als Netz-, Wasch-, Emulgier-, Dispergier-, Egalisier- und W eichmachungsmittel verwendbaren Pro duktes durch Umsetzung eines Gemisches von Aminocarbonsäuren, wie es bei der Total hydrolyse von Eiweissstoffen erhalten wird,
mit einer den Olsäurerest abgebenden Ver bindung.
Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines als Netz-, Wasch-, Emulgier-, Dispergier-, Egalisier- und Weichmachungsmittel verwendbaren Pro duktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein durch Totalhydrolyse von Eiweissstoffen erhältliches Gemisch von Aminocarbonsäuren mit dem Chlorkohlensäureester des Kokosöl- säuremonoäthanolamids umsetzt. Die Um setzung erfolgt in einer dem Hauptpatent analogen Weise.
Das neue Produkt eignet sich zu den im Hauptpatent angegebenen Zwecken. Es stellt eine hellbraun gefärbte Paste dar, die sich in Wasser unter Schäumen löst. <I>Beispiel:</I> 100Gewichtsteile gokosöl werden 14 Stun- den lang mit Monoäthanolamin bei<B>130'</B> er wärmt. Das erhaltene Produkt wird durch Waschen in Kochsalzlösung von ,gebildetem Glyzerin und überschüssigem Äthanolamin befreit und getrocknet.
Aus 32 Gewichts teilen des gokosoxamides wird auf bekannte Weise !der Chlorkohlensäureester hergestellt. Der so gewonnene Ester wird in Aceton- lösung bei schwach triazenalkalischer Reak tion bei einer Temperatur von 40 bis<B>50'</B> mit 37 Gewichtsteilen eines 28 % ixen Esweiss- totalhydrolysates (von einem mittleren Mole kulargewicht von 1,60) kondensiert. Das neu tralisierte Reaktionsgemisch wird zur Trockne eingedampft.
Falls nötig, kann man das Reaktionsprodukt durch Extraktion mit Äther von eventuell beigemengten Zer- setzungsprodukten des Chlorkohlensäureesters befreien. Durch Extraktion mit Alkohol/Ben- zol-Gemisch kann man es frei von anorga- nischen Beimengungen gewinnen. Man erhält so eine hellbraun gefärbte Masse, die sich in Wasser unter Schäumen löst.

The chlorocarbonic acid ester is made from 32 parts by weight of the gokosoxamide in a known manner. The ester obtained in this way is mixed in acetone solution with a weakly alkaline triazene reaction at a temperature of 40 to 50 'with 37 parts by weight of a 28% total white white hydrolyzate (with an average molecular weight of 1.60) condensed. The neutralized reaction mixture is evaporated to dryness.
If necessary, the reaction product can be freed from any decomposition products of the chlorocarbonic acid ester added by extraction with ether. Extraction with an alcohol / benzene mixture allows it to be obtained free of inorganic impurities. This gives a light brown colored mass which dissolves in water with foaming.
