Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer asymmetrischen Arsenoverbindnng. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer asym- inetrischen Arsenoverbindung, welches da durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 2.2'- Dioxy-3 . 3'-diacetyldiamino-5 .
5'-arsenopy ri- din zusammen mit 1.1'-Dimethyl-5. 5'-arseno- berrzimidazol-oxyessigsärare in alkalischer Lö sung erwärmt und aus der Lösung die asym metrische Arsenobenzolverbindung durch An säuern ausfällt.
Das neue Verfahrensprodukt ist ein gel bes, in Alkalien leicht lösliches Pulver, das beim Erhitzen verkohlt, ohne zu schmelzen. Es soll als Arzneimittel verwendet werden. <I>Beispiel:</I> In analoger Weise wie in dem Beispiel des Hauptpatentes 172872 beschrieben, wer den 3,7 gr 2 . 2'-Dioxy-3 . 3'-diaeetyldiamino- 5 . 5'arsenopyridin in Wasser mit Natronlauge gelöst und mit 6.05 gr 1. 1'-dimethyl-5.5'- arsenobenzimidazoloxyessigsaurem Natrium in 150 cm' Wasser umgesetzt. Die Reaktion ist nach einer Stunde beendet.
Dann wird mit Salzsäure gefällt, abgesaugt und ausge waschen Das so erhaltene Arsenobenzol kann in analoger Weise wie im Hauptpatent 172872 beschrieben ist, in das Natriumsalz überge führt werden. Es entsteht so ein gelbes, in Wasser leicht lösliches Pulver, das beim Er hitzen verkohlt, ohne zu schmelzen.

Then it is precipitated with hydrochloric acid, filtered off with suction and washed out. The arsenobenzene thus obtained can be converted into the sodium salt in a manner analogous to that described in the main patent 172872. The result is a yellow powder that is easily soluble in water and that carbonizes when heated without melting.
