  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wässerigen Lösung von  3 .     6-Diamino-10-methylaeridiniumpalmitat.       Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung einer wässerigen Lö  sung des     palmitinsauren    Salzes von     3.6-          Diamino-10-methylacridiniumehlorid,    welches  dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 3.6  Diamino-10-methylacridiniumpalmitat in Ge  genwart der durch Umsetzung von Ölsäure  ohlorid mit     oxyäthansulfonsaurem    Natrium  gewonnenen Verbindung in Wasser löst, wo  bei durch doppelte Umsetzung ein Gleich  gewicht zwischen beiden Verbindungen ein  tritt.  



  Die so erhaltene klare Lösung besitzt  wertvolle therapeutische     Eigenschaften    und  ist insbesondere zu Injektionszwecken ge  eignet.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  50     gr        3.6-Diaminomethylacridiniumpal-          mitat    werden in 1000     eins    3     o/oiger    Lösung  der nach dem französischen Patent<B>705,081</B>  durch Umsetzung von     Ölsäurechlorid    mit oxy-         äthansulfonsaurem        Natrium    gewonnenen Ver  bindung durch allmähliches Erwärmen gelöst.  Die Lösung lässt sich filtrieren und bleibt klar.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wässeri gen Lösung von 3.6-Diamino-10-methylacri- diniumpalmitat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 3.6-Diamino-10-methylaeridiniumpalmi- tat in Gegenwart der durch Umsetzung von Ölsäurechlorid mit oxyäthansulfonsaurem Na trium gewonnenen Verbindung in Wasser löst, wobei durch doppelte Umsetzung ein Gleichgewicht zwischen beiden Verbindungen eintritt. Die so erhaltene klare Lösung besitzt wertvolle therapeutische Eigenschaften und ist insbesondere zu Injektionszwecken geeignet.
