Description
Verfahren zui- Darstellung von 3-Amino-4-oxy-2'-metliyl-4'-glykolylaminoarsenobenzol- formaldehydbisulfit. Im Hauptpatent ist die Darstellung von 4-Ulykolylamitio-3'-amino-4'-oxyarsenobenzol- foi#maldehydbisulfit beschrieben.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung von 3-Amino- 4- oxy-2'-in ethyl-4'-glykolyl amin oarsen obenzol- formaldehydbisulfit, welches dadurch gekenn zeichnet ist, dass man 3-Amino-4-oxy-2'-methyl- 4'-glykolylaminoarsenobenzol mit Formal dehydbisulfit umsetzt.
Das Endprodukt ist gelb gefärbt, in Wasser löslich, und eignet sich hervorragend zur Bekämpfung von Spirochäten- und Try- panosomenerkrankungen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 28 gr 3 - Amino - 4 - oxy - 2'-methyl-4'-gly- kolylaminoarsenobenzolnatrium (Zusatzpatent Nr. 153412) werden in 112 cm' Wasser gelöst und mit einer .Lösung von 8,4 gr Fornialdehydbisulfitriatrium in 9,5 em3 Wasser umgesetzt. Die Aufarbeitung der Lösung ist. dieselbe wie im Beispiel des lhtuptpatentes. Das Präparat ist gelb gefärbt und in Wasser löslich.
