Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung des Wismutsalzes einer Arsenoverbindung. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Wis- mutsalzes einer Arsenoverbindung, das da durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 3-acetyl- amino- 4 -oxy- 3'-acetylamino - arsenobenzol-4'- oxyessigsaures Natrium in wässeriger Lösung mit einem Wismutsalz umsetzt und die aus geschiedene neueWismutverbindungabfiltriert.
Das neue Verfahrensprodukt ist ein bräun lich-gelbes Pulver, das in Wässer unlöslich, in Alkalien löslich ist. Aus der alkalischen Lösung kann das Natriumsalz mit Alkohol oder Äthor ausgefällt werden. Das Produkt soll als Arzneimittel Verwendung finden. <I>Beispiel:</I> 13,3 g 3-acetylamino-4-oxr3'-acetylamino- arsenobeiizol-4'-oxyessigsaures Natrium, her gestellt nach Patent Nr. 159585, werden in gleicher Weise wie im Beispiel des Haupt patentes angegeben, mit Wismutnitrat-Gly- zerinlösung umgesetzt und wie im Beispiel des Hauptpatentes aufgearbeitet.

The product is intended to be used as a medicinal product. <I> Example: </I> 13.3 g of 3-acetylamino-4-oxr3'-acetylamino-arsenobeiizol-4'-oxyacetic acid sodium, produced according to patent no. 159585, are produced in the same way as in the example of the main patent indicated, reacted with bismuth nitrate-glycerine solution and worked up as in the example of the main patent.
