Description

       

      Kötzerspulmaschine    mit     einer    Vorrichtung zum gleichzeitigen     Aufstecken    der  leeren     Spulenhülsen    und zum     Abnehmen    der fertigen     ICötzerspulen     bei einer Mehrzahl von Spindeln.    Bei den im Hauptpatent beschriebenen  Ausführungen des Erfindungsgegenstandes  wird es unangenehm empfunden, dass beim  Abziehen der vollen Spulen diese auf die  unmittelbar unter denselben liegenden     Mulden     mit eingelegter leerer     Spulenhülse    fallen,  was darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass die in  der einen Rahmenwand angebrachten Ein  schnitte     bezw.    Schlitze lotrecht angeordnet  sind.

   Durch die auf die Mulden herunter  fallenden Spulen werden nämlich die darin  bereit liegenden     Spulenhülsen    sehr leicht  herausgeworfen.  



  Die vorliegende Erfindung hat sich die  Aufgabe gestellt, diesen Übelstand zu besei  tigen. Zu diesem Zwecke sind bei der     Kötzer-          spulmaschine    nach der Erfindung die Hülsen  lager seitlich versetzt zu den Einschnitten  zum Hintergreifen der     Spulenhülsen    angeord  net und die letzteren verlaufen schräg; ferner  hin ist das     Spulenwechselaggregat    so geführt,    dass es bei seiner Bewegung quer auf die       Spindelreihe    zu gleichzeitig längs verschoben  wird, bis die Hülsenlager vor den Spindeln  liegen.  



  Diese Anordnung hat gegenüber der be  kannten, mit in einer Ebene nebeneinander  angeordneten Hülsenlagern und Einschnitten  zum Abstreifen der Spulen den Vorteil, dass  man besondere Antriebsmittel für die Längs  bewegung des     Spulenwechselaggregates    spart.  



  Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht durch die       Fig.    1 bis 3 ein Ausführungsbeispiel der  Einrichtung in der Stirnansicht und in der  Vorderansicht jedoch in zwei verschiedenen  Arbeitsstellungen.  



  Es ist hierbei 1 die Spindel, 2 und 3 ihr  Reibungsantrieb, 37 die     Spulenhülse,    34. und  34b der auf und ab in Richtung der Spindel  achsen und quer zu denselben bewegliche,  zum Abstreifen der vollen Spulen und Auf  stecken der leeren Hülsen bestimmte, das Aus-           wechselaggregat    bildende Rahmen, während  36 die in diesen Rahmen eingebauten Mulden  für die Aufnahme der     Spulenhülsen    37 sind.

    Die Rahmenwand 34b weist für jede Spindel  einen Einschnitt     bezw.    Schlitz     38n    auf, der  aber im Gegensatz zu den bisherigen Aus  führungen nicht lotrecht, sondern so schräg  angeordnet ist, dass bei gesenktem Rahmen  das obere, die Spule     37",    hintergreifende  Ende eines jeden Schlitzes zwischen zwei  Mulden, die am untern Ende der Schlitze  angeordnet sind, zu liegen kommt.

   Wird  der Rahmen     34a,        341,    gehoben, um die Spulen  hülsen 37 vor je eine Spindel zu bringen  und sie auf diese aufzuschieben, dann muss  natürlich der Rahmen eine der Schlitzschräge  entsprechende, schräg verlaufende Aufwärts  bewegung' vollführen, zu welchem Zweck der  Rahmen durch eine entsprechende schräge Füh  rung y diese Bewegungsrichtung bekommt.

  The present invention has set itself the task of eliminating this drawback. For this purpose, in the case of the Kötzer spooling machine according to the invention, the sleeves are offset laterally relative to the incisions for engaging behind the bobbin sleeves and the latter run obliquely; furthermore, the bobbin changing unit is guided in such a way that, when it moves transversely towards the row of spindles, it is simultaneously displaced longitudinally until the sleeve bearings are in front of the spindles.



  This arrangement has the advantage over the known one with sleeve bearings and incisions for stripping the bobbins arranged side by side in a plane that one saves special drive means for the longitudinal movement of the bobbin changing unit.
