Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wertvollen Kondensationsproduktes.    Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist die  Herstellung eines wertvollen Kondensations  produktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein  mit technischem     Äthanolamin        aminolysiertes          Spermöl    mit der zweieinhalbfachen Gewichts  menge     Äthylenoxyd    umgesetzt wird.  



  Es wurde nun     gefunden,    dass durch Um  setzung eines rohen     Aminolysierungsproduktes     von     Spermöl    und technischem     Äthanolamin     mit 20 Gewichtsprozent     Äthylenoxyd    und  anschliessender Behandlung mit     sulfierenden     Mitteln ein Produkt erhalten wird, welches  eine salben- bis wachsartige, in Wasser  leicht lösliche     Alasse    darstellt. Dieses kann  Verwendung finden als     Reinigungs-,    Netz-,  Egalisier- und     Dispergiermittel    sowie als  Weichmacher für Textilien.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  100 Teile eines aus     Spermöl    und tech  nischem     Äthanolamin    hergestellten rohen '       Aminolysenproduktes    werden in Gegenwart  kleiner     Mengen    Alkali bei<B>130-1500</B> so-    lange mit     Äthylenoxyd    behandelt, bis eine       Gewichtszunahme        von        20%        eingetreten        ist.     



  Das so hergestellte Produkt wird in       Tetrachlorkohlenstoff    gelöst; zu der Lösung  gibt man bei     30-351    allmählich ein starkes       Sulfierungsmittel,wie    zum     BeispielMonohydrat     oder     Chlorsulfonsäure    hinzu. Nach einiger  Zeit wird die Lösung unter Umrühren auf  Natronlauge von 40'     B6    gedrückt, wobei  keine saure Reaktion eintreten darf.

   Die so  erhältliche Paste wird mit Schwefelsäure       neutralisiert,    dann wird der     Tetrachlorkohlen-          stoff        abdestilliert.    Das     Sulfonierungsprodukt     fällt in Mischung mit Glaubersalz als eine  schwach gefärbte, bröckelige, in Wasser leicht  lösliche Masse an und stellt nach Isolierung  des Kondensationsproduktes eine salben- bis  wachsartige schwach gefärbte Masse dar.

      <I> Example: </I> 100 parts of a crude aminolysis product made from sperm oil and technical ethanolamine are treated with ethylene oxide in the presence of small amounts of alkali at <B> 130-1500 </B> until a weight increase of 20% has occurred.



  The product thus produced is dissolved in carbon tetrachloride; a strong sulphonation agent, such as monohydrate or chlorosulphonic acid, is gradually added to the solution at 30-351. After some time, the solution is pressed onto 40 'B6 sodium hydroxide solution while stirring, whereby no acidic reaction is allowed to occur.

   The paste obtainable in this way is neutralized with sulfuric acid, then the carbon tetrachloride is distilled off. The sulfonation product is mixed with Glauber's salt as a slightly colored, crumbly, easily soluble in water mass and, after isolation of the condensation product, is an ointment-like to waxy, slightly colored mass.

PATENTANSPUUGH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wert vollen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man ein rohes Aminoly- sierungsprodukt aus Spermöl und technischem Äthanolamin mit 20 Gewichtsprozent Äthy- lenogyd umsetzt und anschliessend einer Sulfierung unterwirft. o Das Produkt stellt eine salben- bis wachs artige, schwach gefärbte, in Wasser leicht lösliche Masse dar.
