Le dispositif selon l'invention pourrait aussi comporter un .organe d'appui situé sur le même axe que le fuseau et à travers le- @quel le fil est guidé sur .son passage -du fu seau au guide-fil, le diamètre de l'ouverture .dudit organe d'appui étant inférieur, .dans le ,but d'empêcher le contact du fil avec l'ex trémité .dudit fuseau, qui est en rotation et, par là, d'éviter les frottements provoquant le laminage et le glaçage -du fil;
Grinding device. The main patent relates to a spinning device in which the thread to be threaded is twisted two turns with each rotation of the spinning spindle, and is rolled on a spool which is disposed inside the formed balloon. by the wire and which is controlled by said spindle; this device is characterized in that the spool of wire is driven by the spindle by means of gears the ratio of which can be changed as desired, said spool and said gears being carried by the spindle so as to be able to oscillate around him.
With the rather complicated drive device of the thread guide by cam, pivot lever both finished in the form of a fork and slide, described in the main patent, one arrives at an excessive size given the little space which is required. disposes and, after a certain time .d'use, the games taken by these different organs are added to each other, leading to faulty operation - back and forth. The present invention aims to remedy this drawback.
It relates to a grinding device according to the claim of the main patent and which is characterized in that it comprises a slide integral with the barhin holder and which is put into action by a screw with two crossed threads connected at their ends. to form reversal cams -du running direction -du slide, said slide being movable suc a guide rod.
In addition, according to the description of the main patent, the control cam always being driven at the same speed by the spindle, it follows that the back and forth movement remains constant regardless of the speed of rotation. the roll, the "Alexandre" spool, bobbin or other which receives the thread once milled. The crossing thus varies according to each speed adopted.
This drawback could also be overcome by constructing the device so that the rotation of the. screw with crossed threads, so the speed of movement of the slide, is controlled by means of a deflection, by the receiving spool of the threaded thread, so that the overlap remains constant, whatever the speed of rotation of this box.
The device according to the invention could also include a support member located on the same axis as the spindle and through which the wire is guided on its passage -from the barrel to the wire guide, the diameter of the opening .of said support member being lower, .in the aim of preventing contact of the wire with the end of said spindle, which is rotating and, thereby, to avoid friction causing rolling and the frosting of the thread;
finally, it could also include a lever for maneuvering the gear, for the change of speed, which, with a view to greater ease of maneuvering, ends above the upper part - of the crankcase.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the device according to the invention.
Fig. 1 and 2 are two side views in partially cut away showing the respectively side spindle of the drive of the. take-up reel and the reciprocating drive side; Fig. 3 is a partially cut away plan view; Fig. 4 and 5 are front views of the spindle respectively from behind (cover removed). And from the front; Fig. 6 and 7 show in side and front elevation the method of mounting the pins and their respective arrangements in the case of two stages.
As in the main patent, the fixed housing 1 containing the various transmission members is suspended by means of ball bearings 2, at the end of the spindle 3 carrying a worm 4, in constant engagement with a gear 5, wedged on the shaft 6 of the stepped cone 7.
The shaft 8 which carries the sliding pinion 9, is made integral with it in the direction of rotation, by means of a connection by lug and groove 10 which, however, leaves said sliding pinion free to move longi tudinally.
This shaft, integral at its end with another pinion 24, in constant mesh with a gear 11, is supported by the arms of an elbow lever 12, in the form of a cage, susceptible, under the action of the control. exterior 13, to pivot around the axis 14 of the pinion 11. A return spring 15 constantly urges this cage in the direction of the arrow, so as to keep the balancing pinion 9 in engagement with the cone 7.
From the gear 11, the movement is transmitted to the felted cylinder 16 driving by contact the coil 17 carried at the end of the arm 18 articulated at 19, by means of a set of three gears 20, 2-1, 22, two of which, those 21 and 22, can be inverted in order to -double the number -of speeds given by the cone 7.
The displacement of the sliding pinion 9 on its axis 8 is carried out by means of the external button 13, moving in front of a notched gra duation 28 and extended by a bent rod 23, integral with a sleeve 25, concentric with the sleeve 26 of said player 9 and prevented from moving on it in the longitudinal direction, by means of a stopper 27.
The rotational movement of the cylinder 16 is transmitted, on the side affixed to the reception, by a gear 33 - and by a set of idler pinions 34, to a screw 35 having on its outer periphery - two cross-threads, joined together. them at the ends of said .vis 36 to form reversal cams.
In this thread slides a butterfly 37 in the shape of a crescent provided with a journal 38 engaged in a slide 39 guided by a rod 40 and integral with a claw 41 passing through the housing I, in a slot 42. It is on this claw which is articulated, at 43, the arm 44 carrying at the end the barbin 45, in -which passes the wire 46 before winding on the coil 17.
The orifice 47, provided in the casing I at the outlet of the spindle, is provided with a bead 48 .disposed in the axis of said spindle 3 and the hole of which is of a diameter smaller than that of the channel 49 in which passes the thread 46.
A protective cover 54, arranged above the. worm screw 4, partially stops the oil projections upwards.
As in the main patent, the thread passes, with a view to its rotation, before its introduction inside the spindle. in a barbin 50, carried by a disc 51 turning nant with. the spindle.
A circle 52, placed in front of the. spindle and capable of tilting around the axis. "53, prevents, when starting up, the wire which will form the balloon from coming into contact with the casing or with one of its components.
.Double ball bearings 56 each supporting a spindle 3 are fixed in two stages on superimposed sleepers 57 and 58 of the same machine frame and in quin conce on each of these sleepers, so that the pins .are placed successively to the right and to the left of the frame (fig. 6).
This arrangement is such that the spindle of a spindle located for example in the upper floor to the right of the frame is in the vertical plane passing through the spindle of another spindle located on the lower floor to the left of the frame. and vice versa.
On the other hand, in each floor. the axes of the spindles -pindles which are located on the same side of the. frame are all in the same horizontal plane slightly different from that containing the axes -of the spindles -of the spindles of the same stage, but located -on the other side of the frame.
It is thus possible to drive all the spindles of the two stages of the same frame, by means of a single belt 59, with a tensioner 60 pitched alternately above and below the barrels between the bearing surfaces of the double ball bearings 56.
Each spindle is provided with: an individual stopping device consisting of a brake shoe 79 urged against the spindle 3. by means of a rod 61 bearing on an eccentric 62 whose rotation is controlled by the lever 63 .
. In the case where the spindles are fed unwinding, the coils 64 are carried two by two and back to back by consoles 65 all fixed on a horizontal bar 66.
In addition, each of these reels: is provided with a .compensator and braking device of known type and .commonly used on other types of textile machines such as bobbin makers, consisting in passing the yarn 46 out. -of its coil 64, on an elastic antenna 67 surrounded around an axis 68 disposed at the top of the corresponding console of said bolbine and whose end 69 is engaged in one of the notches -a ' toothed sector 70 fixed on said axis 68.
The antenna -is, on the other hand, connected by a rod 71 to an elastic braking blade 72 bearing at its other end on the console, below the axis of the coil 64, and thus acting more or less strongly, depending on the position of the end 69 @de antenna 67 in its toothed sector 70, on a drum 73 secured to the -coil.
Contrary to what is shown in the drawing fig. 7, and this only to increase: its clarity, the two antennas of the same console which are located respectively to the right and to the left of the frame must both be in the same vertical plane which coincides with that of the pins. that they have to feed which, qarmme said above, are themselves placed back to back in different floors or in other words in the same vertical plane.
When it came out of the antenna, the wire 46 passes before arriving at its pin in a barbin 74 carried by an arm 75 fixed: on the frame.
As shown in the drawing in phantom, in the lower part of fig. 6 and 7, we can, if we want to work with the spinning, replace all the device located at the upper part of the 'frame, supports 76 receiving large coils 77 commonly called in terms of trade "coils bou teille "or" sun coil ". To cause slight resistance to the. When the wire has been moved, it is possible either to use the compensation and braking device described above, or to use a hitch of the type shown at 78, or even to use both in combination.
It is the same, moreover, with regard to unrolling work, the coils of which can be placed either at the top of the frame as shown in the drawing, or at its lower part.
Likewise, for scrolling work, the reels 77 can also occupy the position shown in dotted lines in FIG. 6 at the top of the frame.
