Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Farbstoffes    der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  Farbstoff erhält, wenn man den nach dem  Verfahren der Patentschrift 119986 erhält  lichen     halogenierten    Farbstoff unter Druck  mit einer verdünnten     methylalkobolischen     Lösung von     Kaliumhydrosyd    erwärmt. Der  neue, nur noch schwach halogenhaltige Farb  stoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, das aus rot  stichigblauer     Küpe    die Baumwolle in echten,  insbesondere     wassertropfechten,    grünblauen  Tönen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  56 Teile des nach dem Schweizerpatent  Nr. 119986 erhältlichen, in     wassertropfechten,     blauen Tönen färbenden, chlorierten     Dibenz-          anthronfarbstoffes    werden in ein Gemisch,  bestehend aus 25 Teilen 88     o/oigem    Kalium  hydrogyd und 840     Volumteilen    Methylalkohol,  eingetragen und das Ganze im     Autoklaven     während 5 Stunden bei 180-185o gehalten.  Nach dem Erkalten wird der Autoklaven-         inhalt    abgesaugt, der Rückstand mit Wasser       alkalifrei    gewaschen und getrocknet. Den  neuen Farbstoff erhält man in sehr guter  Ausbeute als dunkelblaues Pulver.

Patentschrift 119986 erhalten wird, unter Druck mit einer ver dünnten methylalkoholischen Lösung von Kaliumhydrogyd erwärmt. Der neue, nur noch schwach halogenhaltige Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, das aus rotstichigblauer Küpe die Baumwolle in echten, insbesondere wassertropfechten, grünblauen Tönen färbt.
