  <B>Verfahren zur</B>     Darstellung   <B>eines wasserlöslichen</B>     Farbstoffes   <B>der</B>     Naphthochinonreihe.       Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines wasserlöslichen  Farbstoffes der     Naphthochinonreihe    und ist  dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass     man        l-Naphthyl-          amin-8-sulfonsäure    mit     3,7-Dibrom-5-amino-8-          oxy-1,4-naphthochinonimid-(1)    kondensiert..

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man löst 11,5 g     1-Naphthylamin-8-sulfon-          säure    in 80     ein-,    Wasser     unter    Zusatz von 1.0 g  Soda auf, setzt dazu 160g     Isopropylalkohol.     20 g     Natriumacetat    und<B>17,2</B> g     3,7-Dibrom-5-          amino-8-oxy-1,4-naphthochinonimid-(1)    und  erwärmt während 14     Stunden    unter gutem  Rühren auf 80 .

   Dann destilliert man den     Iso-          propylalkohol        ab,    verdünnt mit 200     em3        Was-          ser    und filtriert vom vorhandenen Rückstand  ab. Der Farbstoff wird durch Zusatz von 25     g     Kochsalz     ausgefällt    und nach dem Abkühlen  filtriert.    Die neue Verbindung ist ein dunkles Pul  ver, das in Wasser mit marineblauer Farbe  löslich ist und Wolle in graublauer Nuance  färbt. Nach dem     Metaehromverfahren    gefärbt,   -erden graue Färbungen erhalten, die eine  sehr gute     Carbonisiereehtheit    aufweisen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser löslichen Farbstoffes der Naphthochinonreihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-Naphthi-1- amin-8-sulfonsäure mit 3,7-Dibrom-5-amino-8- oxy-1,4-naphthoehinonimid-(1) kondensiert. Die neue Verbindung ist ein dunkles Pul ver, das in Wasser mit marineblauer Farbe löslich ist und Wolle in graublauer Nuance färbt.. Nach dem Metaehromverfahren gefärbt, werden graue Färbungen erhalten, die eine sehr gute Carbonisiereehtheit aufweisen.
