Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen haltbaren, mediziniseli wirksamen Salzes der Antimonsäure. Durch das Hauptpatent Nr. 134222 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, halt baren, medizinisch wirksamen Salzes der p-Aminophenylstibinsäure geschützt, das da durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man p-Amino- phenylstibinsäure mit Diäthylamin behan delt.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, haltbaren. medizinisch wirksamen ,Salzes der Antimonsäure, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man Antimonsäure mit Di- äthylamin behandelt.
Die Herstellung erfolgt zweckmässig durch Einwirkenlassen der Komponenten in Wasser oder organischen Lösungsmitteln. Das gebildete Salz kann dann durch Ver dampfen des Lösungsmittels oder durch Ausfällen mit einer geeigneten Fällungsflüs- igkeit gewonnen werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Antimonsäure, aus Antimonpentachlorid in bekannter Weise durch Eintragen in Wasser, Absaugen und Auswaschen gewon nen, wird mit der zur Erzielung einer neu tralen Lösung notwendigen Menge fünffach norm. Diäthylamins in Lösung gebracht, die Lösung filtriert und eingedunstet. Das auti- monsaure Diäthylamin hinterbleibt als glas artige Krusten, die beim Pulvern ein farb loses, leicht in Wasser lösliches Pulver ge ben.

<I> Example: </I> Antimonic acid, obtained from antimony pentachloride in a known manner by adding it to water, suctioning off and washing out, is brought into solution with the amount of five times the normal diethylamine required to achieve a neutral solution, the solution is filtered and evaporated. The acidic diethylamine remains behind as glass-like crusts which, when powdered, give a colorless powder that is easily soluble in water.
