  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, haltbaren, medizinisch wirksamen Salzes der       p-Aminophenylstibinsäur    e.    Durch das Hauptpatent Nr. 134222 ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen  haltbaren, medizinisch wirksamen Salzes der       p-Aminophenylstibinsäure    geschützt, das  dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     p-          Aminophenylstibinsäure    mit     Diäthylamin    be  handelt.  



  Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines  neuen, haltbaren medizinisch wirksamen Sal  zes der     p-Aminophenylstibinsäure,    dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man     p-Aminophenyl-          stibinsäure    mit Chinin behandelt.  



  Die Herstellung erfolgt zweckmässig  durch Einwirkenlassen der Komponenten in  Wasser oder organischen Lösungsmitteln.  Das gebildete Salz kann dann durch Ver  dampfen des Lösungsmittels oder durch Aus  fällen mit einer geeigneten     Fällungsflüssig-          keit    gewonnen werden.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  100     gr    frisch gefällte feuchte     p-          Aminophenylstibinsäurepaste    werden mit    150 cm' Methylalkohol und 12     gr    Chinin  geschüttelt, bis die Lösung eingetreten  ist.

   Durch     Eingiessen    in Äther wird     das     gebildete     Chininsalz    ausgefällt, das man ab  saugt und durch Waschen mit Äther     voni     überschüssigen Chinin befreit. Nach dem  Trocknen erhält man ein schwach gefärbtes  Pulver, das mit Wasser eine neutral reagie  rende Suspension gibt.

  It is conveniently produced by allowing the components to act in water or organic solvents. The salt formed can then be obtained by evaporating the solvent or by precipitating it with a suitable precipitating liquid. <I> Example: </I> 100 grams of freshly precipitated, moist p-aminophenylstibic acid paste are shaken with 150 cm 'of methyl alcohol and 12 grams of quinine until the solution has entered.

   The quinine salt formed is precipitated by pouring into ether, which is then sucked off and freed from excess quinine by washing with ether. After drying, a pale colored powder is obtained, which gives a neutral reacting suspension with water.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, haltbaren, medizinisch wirksamen Salzes der p-Aminophenylstibinsäure, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man p-Aminophenylstibinsäure mit Chinin behandelt. Das neue Salz stellt trocken ein schwach gefärbtes Pulver dar, das mit Wasser eine neutral reagierende Suspension gibt. Es soll zu therapeutischen Zwecken verwendet wer den. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of a new, long-lasting, medically effective salt of p-aminophenylstibic acid, characterized in that p-aminophenylstibic acid is treated with quinine.
