Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wasserlöslichen     Antimonsalzes.       Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die  Darstellung von bis jetzt unbekanntem Na  triumantimonyl-V-gluconat und ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man     Antimonsäure.          Gluconsäure    und     Natriumhydroxyd    in Lö  sung aufeinander einwirken lässt.  



  Die neue Verbindung soll zu therapeu  tischen Zwecken Verwendung finden.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine Lösung von 20     gr        Natriumgluconat,     dargestellt durch Neutralisieren von     Glucon-          säure    mit Natronlauge, in 40 cm' Wasser  wird auf dem Dampfbad mit -25     gr        Anti-          monsäure,    die durch Zersetzen von     Antimon-          pentachlorid    mit Wasser erhalten wurde, be  handelt. Es entsteht eine trübe Lösung,  welche durch Zentrifugieren und     Filtrieren          geklärt    wird.

   Aus     dieser    Lösung wird durch  Versetzen mit viel Methylalkohol (etwa  300 cm')     Natriumantimonyl-V-gluconat    in  Form eines farblosen Pulvers ausgeschieden.  



  Das ausgeschiedene,     mit        Methylalkohol     und Äther gewaschene und hierauf getrock-         nete    Pulver ist nicht hygroskopisch und in  Wasser leicht löslich. Säuren und Alkalien  fällen auch in der Siedehitze keine unlös  lichen Produkte aus.     Schwefelwasserstoff     fällt rotes     Antimonsulfid.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung von halt barem, klarlöslichem, bis jetzt unbekannten Natriumantimonyl-V-gluconat, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man Antimonsäure, Glu- consäure und Natriumhydroxyd in Lösung aufeinander einwirken lässt. Die aus der Lösung isolierte Verbindung stellt ein farbloses, nicht hygroskopisches Pulver dar, das in Wasser leicht löslich ist und beständige Lösungen bildet. Säuren und Alkalien fällen auch in der Siedehitze keine unlöslichen Produkte aus.
