  Verfahren zur Herstellung des Salzes von     2.3-Dimethogy-6-nitro-9-(7'-diäthylamino-          ss-oxy-propylamino)-aeridin    mit     2-3Tethyl-4-glykolylaminobenzol-l-arsinsäure.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist       ein    Verfahren zur Herstellung des Salzes  von     2.3-Dimethoxy-6-nitro-9-(y-diäthyl-          amino-ss-oxy-propylamino)-acridin    mit     2-          Methyl    - 4 -     glykolylaminobenzol    -1-     arsinsäure,     das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man eine       Lösung        eines    Salzes von 2.

       3-Dimethogy-6-          nitro-9-    (y -     diäthylamino-ss-oxy-propylamino)-          acridin    mit einer     Lösung    eines Salzes von       2-Methyl-4-glykolylaminobenzol-1-arsinsäure          umsetzt.     



  Die so erhaltene neue Verbindung ist ein  braunes Pulver, leicht löslich in Wasser,  schwer löslich in Methylalkohol und kaum  löslich in Äthylalkohol. Sie soll als Arznei  mittel Verwendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zu einer Lösung von 19     gr        2-methyl-4-          glykolylaminobenzol-l-arsinsaurem    Natrium  in 25 cm' Wasser und 40 cm' Methylalkohol  gibt man eine Lösung von 12,8     gr    2.     3-Di-          methoxy-    6 -     nitro    - 9 - (y -     diäthylamii=o-        ss-        oxy-          propylamino)-acridindihydrochlorid    in 40 cm'  Methylalkohol und 6 cm' Wasser.

   Nach kur-         zem    Kochen     wird        abgekühlt.    Das gebildete  Salz wird mit Aceton als braunes, in Was  ser leicht, in Methylalkohol schwer, in  Alkohol kaum lösliches Pulver abgeschieden.
