Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Zinkkomplegsalzes.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zinkkomplex  salzes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       Brenzkatechin    - 3 . 5 -     disulfosäure,    eine Sauer  stoffverbindung des Zinks, eine     Calcium-    und  eine     Natriumverbindung    in solchen Mengen  aufeinander einwirken lässt, dass eine neutrale  Endreaktion entsteht.  



  Von der Sauerstoffverbindung des Zinks  geht in jedem Falle nur das Zink, und zwar  stets nach dem gleichen Reaktionstypus, in  den     Endstoff    über. Das gleiche gilt für die  angewendeten     Calcium-        bezw.        Natriumver-          bindungen,    von denen nur die Elemente       Calcium    und Natrium im Endstoff auftreten.  



  Zweckmässig geht man so vor, dass man  zunächst aus der     Natriumverbindung    und der       Disulfosäure    eine Lösung des     Natriumsalzes     der     Sulfosäure    herstellt und dann auf diese  Zinkoxyd und     Calciumhydroxyd    einwirken  lässt. Zinkoxyd und     Calciumhydroxyd    können  auch in     statu    nascendi angewendet werden.

      Vorteilhaft ist es auch, zunächst aus der Cal  ciumverbindung, der     Natriumverbindung    und  der     Disulfosäure    ein     gemischtes        Ca-Na-Salz     der     Brenzkatechin    - 3 . 5 -     disulfosäure    herzu  stellen und darauf Zinkoxyd einwirken zu  lassen, was ebenfalls in statu nascendi ge  schehen kann.  



  Das neue Produkt des Verfahrens soll  zur Herstellung von Injektionslösungen, die  gegen Infektionskrankheiten wirksam sind,  Verwendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  40     gr        calcium-brenzkatechin-3.5-disulfo-          saures        Calcium-Natrium,    gewonnen nach dem  Verfahren des     D.R.P.    Nr. 549207 durch Ein  wirkung eines Natrium- und eines     Calcium-          salzes    auf     Brenzkatechin    - 3 . 5 -     disulfosäure,     werden mit 125 cm' Wasser und 4     gr    Zink  oxyd gekocht, bis Lösung eingetreten ist, was  nach kurzer Zeit der Fall ist. Man filtriert  und fällt durch Einrühren in Methylalkohol      die gebildete Verbindung aus.

   Nach dem Ab  trennen und Trocknen erhält man das     zink-          brenzkatechin    - 3 . 5 -     disulfosaure        Calcium-Na-          trium    als ein weisses Pulver, das leicht mit  neutraler Reaktion in Wasser löslich     ist.

  It is expedient to proceed in such a way that a solution of the sodium salt of the sulfonic acid is first prepared from the sodium compound and the disulfonic acid and then zinc oxide and calcium hydroxide are allowed to act on this. Zinc oxide and calcium hydroxide can also be used in statu nascendi.

      It is also advantageous to first create a mixed Ca-Na salt of catechol from the calcium compound, the sodium compound and the disulfonic acid. 5 - disulfonic acid and let zinc oxide act on it, which can also happen in statu nascendi ge.



  The new product of the process is intended to be used for the production of injection solutions that are effective against infectious diseases.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zink komplexsalzes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Brenzkatechin - 3 . 5 - disulfosäure, eine Sauerstoffverbindung des Zinks, eine Calcium- und eine N'atriumverbindung in solchen Men gen aufeinander einwirken lässt, dass eine neutrale Endreaktion entsteht. Das so erhaltene neue zinkbrenzkatechin- 3 . 5 - disulfosaure Calcium - Natrium ist ein weisses Pulver, das sich leicht mit neutraler Reaktion in Wasser löst.
