Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Doppelverbindung der     Pyridinreihe.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einer  Doppelverbindung der     Pyridinreihe    gelangen  kann, wenn man 1     Mol        Nicotinsäureamid    auf  1     Mol        Calciumchlorid    einwirken lässt. Die  Reaktion kann in An- oder in Abwesenheit  eines Lösungsmittels ausgeführt werden.  



  Die neue Doppelverbindung bildet weisse  Kristalle. Sie ist in Wasser leicht löslich,  schwer löslich in Alkohol und unlöslich in  Aceton.  



  Das neue Produkt soll sowohl zur Ab  scheidung und Reinigung der zu Grunde  liegenden     Pyridinverbindung,    wie auch zu  therapeutischen Zwecken Verwendung finden.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine alkoholische Lösung von 111 Teilen       Calciumchlorid    wird mit einer alkoholischen  Lösung von 122 Teilen     Nicotinsäureamid    ver  setzt. Nach kurzem Kochen am     Rückfluss     kristallisiert die neue Doppelverbindung aus.

  The new double compound forms white crystals. It is easily soluble in water, sparingly soluble in alcohol and insoluble in acetone.



  The new product is intended to be used for separating and purifying the underlying pyridine compound as well as for therapeutic purposes. <I> Example: </I> An alcoholic solution of 111 parts of calcium chloride is combined with an alcoholic solution of 122 parts of nicotinic acid amide. After brief refluxing, the new double compound crystallizes out.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Doppel verbindung der Pyridinreihe, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man 111Io1 Nicotinsäureamid auf 1 Mol Caleiumchlorid einwirken lässt. Die neue Doppelverbindung bildet weisse Kristalle. Sie ist in Wasser leicht löslich, schwer löslich in Alkohol und unlöslich in Aceton. Das neue .Produkt soll sowohl zur Ab scheidung und Reinigung der zu Grunde lie genden Pyridinverbindung, wie auch zu the- rapeutischeii Zwecken Verwendung finden.
